重載實(shí)心橡膠輪胎的材料研究及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:作為眾多輪胎品種中的重要分支,實(shí)心輪胎在工程建設(shè)、物流運(yùn)輸?shù)阮I(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。本課題以橡膠材料不同配合體系的對(duì)比研究工作為基礎(chǔ),重點(diǎn)探究應(yīng)用于動(dòng)態(tài)條件下輪胎橡膠制品的材料組成-結(jié)構(gòu)-性能間關(guān)系。與此同時(shí),基于重載荷條件下實(shí)心橡膠輪胎的應(yīng)用環(huán)境,對(duì)實(shí)心橡膠胎體進(jìn)行分層式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),新型的多層橡膠復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)胎體能夠同時(shí)滿足實(shí)心輪胎多種性能要求。在優(yōu)化及確定制備工藝條件后,分別探究適用于各胎體層的橡膠材料組成,確定了具有不同性能特點(diǎn)的配方體系。本文所述工作包含以下兩個(gè)方面:1.以天然橡膠為基體,分別探究了補(bǔ)強(qiáng)填充體系、硫化交聯(lián)體系、老化防護(hù)體系、軟化增塑體系對(duì)橡膠各項(xiàng)基本性能的影響。以不同用量的炭黑和白炭黑填充天然橡膠,考察填料類型和用量對(duì)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)效果的影響。探究四種常用硫化體系對(duì)硫化膠性能的影響差異。對(duì)比不同防老劑的老化防護(hù)效果,著重考察了稀土防老劑相比于普通防老劑的作用優(yōu)勢(shì)。對(duì)比了幾種常用增塑劑在等量填充條件下對(duì)天然橡膠性能的影響。2.從實(shí)心橡膠輪胎的多層橡膠復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),探究實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下制備多層橡膠復(fù)合膠輪的工藝條件,結(jié)果表明:在逐層預(yù)硫化定型工藝中,最佳的預(yù)硫化時(shí)間為t90-3min;P型芳綸纖維的加入可以較大程度提高橡膠的模量。通過反復(fù)試驗(yàn)與優(yōu)化,分別得到了制備低生熱橡膠材料和高強(qiáng)度橡膠材料的配方體系。制備出的三層橡膠復(fù)合膠輪相比于單層膠輪具有更低的滾動(dòng)溫升,基于此方式制備的實(shí)心橡膠輪胎在理論上也具有更優(yōu)異的綜合性能。
[Abstract]:As an important branch of many tire varieties, solid tire has been widely used in engineering construction, logistics transportation and other fields. Based on the comparative study of rubber materials, the relationship between material composition, structure and properties of tire rubber products applied to dynamic conditions is studied. At the same time, based on the application environment of solid rubber tire under heavy load, the layered structure design of solid rubber matrix is carried out. The new multi-layer rubber compound structure matrix can meet the multiple performance requirements of solid tire at the same time. After optimizing and determining the preparation process conditions, the composition of rubber materials suitable for each matrix layer was explored, and the formulation system with different properties was determined. The work described in this paper consists of the following two aspects: 1. The effects of reinforcing and filling system, curing crosslinking system, aging protection system and softening plasticizing system on the basic properties of rubber were studied. Natural rubber was filled with different amounts of carbon black and silica to investigate the effect of filler type and amount on reinforcing effect. The effects of four common vulcanization systems on the properties of vulcanizate were investigated. The effects of different antioxidants on aging protection were compared, and the advantages of rare earth antioxidants compared with common antioxidants were investigated. The effects of several common plasticizers on the properties of natural rubber under the same filling conditions were compared. Based on the design of multi-layer rubber compound structure of solid rubber tire, the technological conditions of preparing multi-layer rubber compound rubber wheel under laboratory conditions are explored. The results show that: in the process of pre-vulcanization, The best prevulcanization time is t 90 3 min P aramid fiber can greatly improve the modulus of rubber. Through repeated experiments and optimization, the formulation system of preparing low thermal rubber and high strength rubber was obtained respectively. Compared with the single-layer rubber wheel, the three-layer rubber composite tire has lower rolling temperature rise, and the solid rubber tire based on this method also has better comprehensive performance in theory.
