【摘要】：本文結(jié)合KPD系列電動(dòng)平車在某公司車架裝配線中的工藝特點(diǎn)及其開發(fā)應(yīng)用實(shí)例,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的電動(dòng)平車結(jié)構(gòu)及應(yīng)用方式進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究。對(duì)其低壓導(dǎo)電軌道安裝技術(shù)、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工藝應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行介紹。為解決生產(chǎn)線工位間物流轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)提供一種很好的辦法,具有一定的實(shí)用性和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the technological characteristics of KPD series electric flat car in the frame assembly line of a company and its development and application examples, this paper studies the application of traditional electric flat car structure and application mode. The installation technology of low-voltage conductive track, the characteristics of equipment structure and the effect of process application are introduced. It provides a good way to solve the logistics transfer between production line stations and has certain practicability and reference value.
