基于系統(tǒng)控制論的物流管理專業(yè)多維實踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:物流管理是應(yīng)用性很強(qiáng)的專業(yè),學(xué)生實踐能力和創(chuàng)新精神的培養(yǎng)是物流管理實踐教學(xué)的難點。本文基于高校物流管理專業(yè)學(xué)生實踐能力培養(yǎng)方面存在的問題,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)控制論的控制、調(diào)節(jié)、反饋等功能,探索建立提高學(xué)生專業(yè)技能和創(chuàng)新能力的"四位一體"實踐教學(xué)體系。從實踐教學(xué)模式、實踐教學(xué)課程設(shè)計、實踐教學(xué)平臺和實踐教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控四個維度論述構(gòu)建實踐教學(xué)體系的要素內(nèi)容與具體方法,旨在探索提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的實踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建新思路,促進(jìn)本科物流管理專業(yè)實踐教學(xué)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)面向物流行業(yè)發(fā)展需求、具有解決實踐問題的專業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才。
[Abstract]:Logistics management is a major with strong application. The cultivation of students' practical ability and innovative spirit is a difficult point in the practical teaching of logistics management. Based on the problems existing in the cultivation of practical ability of students majoring in logistics management in colleges and universities, this paper uses the functions of control, regulation and feedback of system cybernetics. To explore the establishment of a "four-in-one" practical teaching system to improve students' professional skills and innovative abilities. From the four dimensions of practice teaching mode, practical teaching curriculum design, practical teaching platform and practice teaching quality monitoring, the paper discusses the elements and concrete methods of constructing practice teaching system. The purpose of this paper is to explore a new way of constructing practical teaching system to improve the quality of personnel training, to promote the sustainable development of practical teaching of undergraduate logistics management specialty, and to cultivate innovative talents who meet the needs of the development of logistics industry and have the ability to solve practical problems.
