【摘要】:隨著近年來物流行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,倉儲(chǔ)越來越受到企業(yè)和客戶的關(guān)注,倉儲(chǔ)的管理水平直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)發(fā)貨速度和貨物的周轉(zhuǎn)速度,同時(shí)貨物在倉庫中儲(chǔ)存不產(chǎn)生附加價(jià)值,還會(huì)占用資金,而儲(chǔ)存時(shí)間過長還會(huì)影響貨物的質(zhì)量,因此如何實(shí)現(xiàn)對倉庫的精益化管理成為當(dāng)前研究的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。而自動(dòng)化立體倉庫作為當(dāng)前倉庫的代表,它綜合了現(xiàn)代化物流技術(shù)、先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)、科學(xué)的管理技術(shù),更是成為研究的重點(diǎn),本文以某物流綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室某型號的立體倉庫為研究背景,針對當(dāng)前立體倉庫的信息采集、貨位分配、出入庫狀況進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)前信息采集技術(shù)以及所擁有的條件,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了基于RFID的立體倉庫管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先對某型號的立體倉庫進(jìn)行簡要的描述,并針對條碼信息采集過程中出現(xiàn)識別速度慢、條碼打印錯(cuò)位以及時(shí)間過長條碼卷曲脫落等問題,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況及現(xiàn)有設(shè)備,對條碼信息采集與RFID信息采集的優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行分析對比,確定以RFID技術(shù)取代現(xiàn)有的條碼技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的自動(dòng)識別和采集。然后在文中對RFID的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行簡要介紹,并就RFID部件選型、RFID與系統(tǒng)的連接進(jìn)行了研究。其次針對現(xiàn)有立體倉庫貨物入庫時(shí)手動(dòng)分配貨位效率低、速度慢的問題進(jìn)行了分析、研究,結(jié)合貨位分配原則、策略,在前人提出的螺旋貨位分配的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了改進(jìn)的螺旋貨位分配法,以堆垛機(jī)到目標(biāo)貨位的時(shí)間與所在貨位重心離地面的高度的乘積的最小值為目標(biāo)構(gòu)建模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)貨位的自動(dòng)分配,并將之與實(shí)際系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,進(jìn)行編程和應(yīng)用。最后以現(xiàn)有立體倉庫系統(tǒng)為原型,設(shè)計(jì)了基于RFID的立體倉庫管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)綜合分析了系統(tǒng)需求和所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,將系統(tǒng)劃分登錄、入庫、在庫、出庫、系統(tǒng)管理、報(bào)表管理等模塊,運(yùn)用SQL Server 2012進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),并用VS2015中的C#語言對系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行編程,實(shí)現(xiàn)對立體倉庫貨物的入庫信息自動(dòng)采集、貨位分配、在庫盤點(diǎn)和預(yù)警、報(bào)表管理等,增強(qiáng)立體倉庫信息化管理水平,提高立體倉庫入庫效率,減少操作流程和操作人員的工作量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of logistics industry in recent years, warehousing has attracted more and more attention from enterprises and customers. The management level of warehousing is directly related to the speed of shipping and the turnover of goods. At the same time, the storage of goods in the warehouse does not produce additional value, but also takes up funds, and the long storage time will affect the quality of the goods, as a result, the storage time will affect the quality of the goods, so the storage time will affect the quality of the goods. How to realize the lean management of the warehouse has become a hot spot of research. As the representative of the current warehouse, the automated warehouse integrated modern logistics technology, advanced computer application technology and scientific management technology, and it has become the focus of research. This paper is based on a three-dimensional warehouse of a certain type of Logistics comprehensive laboratory. The research background, in view of the information collection of the warehouse, the distribution of cargo space, the status of the outgoing storage, the RFID based warehouse management system is designed and developed in the light of the current information collection technology and the conditions. This paper first briefly describes a model of the warehouse, and aims at the process of barcode information collection. In the case of slow recognition speed, misprint of bar code printing and long bar code curl falling off, combined with the actual situation and existing equipment, the advantages and disadvantages of the bar code information collection and RFID information collection are analyzed and compared, and RFID technology is used to replace the existing bar code technology to realize the automatic identification and acquisition of the information. Then the RFI is used in the paper. The related theory of D is briefly introduced, and the connection between RFID component selection and the system is studied. Secondly, the problem of manual distribution of freight bit efficiency and slow speed is analyzed in order to solve the problem of low efficiency and slow speed when the goods are stored in the existing warehouse. The improved method of spiral location allocation is used to build the model for the minimum value of the time of the stacker to the target cargo position and the height of the height of the center of gravity of the location of the location of the location of the cargo. The automatic distribution of the goods is realized, and it is programmed and applied in combination with the actual system. Finally, the existing stereoscopic warehouse system is used as the prototype and the RFID is designed. The system comprehensively analyzes the system requirements and the functions to be realized, divides the system into the login, the library, the library, the library, the system management, the report management and so on. It uses SQL Server 2012 to design the database, and uses the C# language in VS2015 to program the system to realize the warehousing of the three-dimensional warehouse goods. Automatic information collection, distribution of goods and goods, inventory and warning, report management, and so on, enhance the level of information management of the three-dimensional warehouse, improve the efficiency of the warehouse and reduce the operation flow and the workload of the operators.
