【摘要】：本論文通過(guò)分析軟件系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用程序框架、功能模塊劃分、開(kāi)發(fā)部署環(huán)境等方面的內(nèi)容,分析系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程、集成關(guān)系、IT系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,結(jié)合面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),按照系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施的方法論進(jìn)行實(shí)施,通過(guò)嚴(yán)格的測(cè)試對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格控制。本文首先對(duì)功能性和非功能性的需求進(jìn)行了分析,然后采用UML建模語(yǔ)言,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了建模。在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)階段,采用自頂而下的方法,逐一對(duì)系統(tǒng)各模塊進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì)。在文中給出了系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊圖,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的E-R圖,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和所需要的數(shù)據(jù)表等內(nèi)容。最后介紹了通過(guò)Java和B/S來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及價(jià)值。其中,使用的相關(guān)技術(shù)包括MVC開(kāi)發(fā)模式、Struts2、HSP、 Hibernate技術(shù)以及SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)供青島外運(yùn)公司集團(tuán)企業(yè)使用的網(wǎng)上服務(wù)的平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)提供了良好的交互界面以及網(wǎng)上服務(wù)的各個(gè)子模塊,如：訂艙管理、網(wǎng)上裝箱、對(duì)賬管理、箱管管理、貨物跟蹤管理和系統(tǒng)管理。訂艙管理子模塊用于對(duì)訂單進(jìn)行查詢(xún)、修改、確認(rèn)、打印、刪除、操作歷史查詢(xún)等；網(wǎng)上裝箱子模塊用于網(wǎng)上用戶通過(guò)該模塊向海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)提交裝箱信息。既可可提供按提單號(hào)單票提交裝箱信息,也可提供按船名／航次批量提交裝箱信息功能,還可通過(guò)EDI批量導(dǎo)入裝箱信息；對(duì)賬管理子模塊可以讓主系統(tǒng)結(jié)算人員選擇需要對(duì)帳的費(fèi)用并發(fā)布到網(wǎng)上,外運(yùn)網(wǎng)上客戶可以確認(rèn)對(duì)帳金額并預(yù)生成發(fā)票。也可以對(duì)有問(wèn)題的費(fèi)用進(jìn)行標(biāo)注通知主系統(tǒng)人員進(jìn)行核對(duì)更改；箱管管理子模塊主要提供了進(jìn)口EIR放箱、超期使用費(fèi)、箱動(dòng)態(tài)、在場(chǎng)在港箱查詢(xún)操作；貨物跟蹤管理子模塊提供狀態(tài)管理和費(fèi)用管理功能給海外代理用戶進(jìn)行國(guó)外狀態(tài)和費(fèi)用的維護(hù)和管理；系統(tǒng)管理子模塊用于系統(tǒng)管理員通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)權(quán)限配置控制可否跨個(gè)人、跨公司查看和操作；通過(guò)建立網(wǎng)上服務(wù)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了集團(tuán)客戶服務(wù)統(tǒng)一的對(duì)外窗口,為客戶提供了全方位,多層次,個(gè)性的航運(yùn)物流服務(wù),在線上實(shí)現(xiàn)訂艙,裝箱,對(duì)賬,箱管等業(yè)務(wù)流程。優(yōu)化公司內(nèi)部各業(yè)務(wù)流程,切實(shí)解決了服務(wù)質(zhì)量上存在的問(wèn)題。實(shí)現(xiàn)公司各部門(mén),各單位的權(quán)責(zé),增強(qiáng)了責(zé)任意識(shí),提高了服務(wù)效率,最大限度的方便了客戶。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the analysis of software system architecture design, application framework, functional module partition, development and deployment environment and other aspects of the content, analysis of the business process of the system, integration of the relationship of IT system implementation. Based on the object-oriented design method, the technical framework, functional architecture and network architecture are designed, and the project quality is strictly controlled through strict testing according to the methodology of the implementation of the system. In this paper, the functional and non-functional requirements are analyzed, and then the system is modeled by UML modeling language. In the design stage of the system, the top-down method is used to analyze and design each module of the system one by one. In this paper, the function modules of the system, the E-R diagram of the system, the structure of the database and the data table are given. Finally, the advantage and value of realizing the system by Java and B / S are introduced. Among them, the related technologies used include MVC development mode, Hibernate technology and SQLServer database, etc. This system realizes a platform of online service for Qingdao Outsourcing Company Group. The system provides a good interface and various sub-modules of online services, such as booking management, online packing, reconciliation management, box management, cargo tracking management and system management. Booking management sub-module is used to query, modify, confirm, print, delete, operation history query and so on. Not only can cocoa provide the information of packing according to bill of lading number, but also can provide the function of submitting packing information according to ship name / voyage in batches, and can also import packing information in batches through EDI; The reconciliation management sub-module allows the master system clearing staff to select the cost of the reconciliation and publish it to the Internet. Customers can confirm the amount of the reconciliation and pre-generate the invoice. We can also check and change the main system staff by marking and notifying the problematic expenses. The box management submodule mainly provides the import EIR to place the box, the overdue usage fee, the box dynamic, the scene in the harbor box inquiry operation; The cargo tracking management sub-module provides the status management and cost management functions to overseas agents for the maintenance and management of foreign state and expenses. The system management sub-module is used by the system administrator to control whether the system administrator can cross individuals through the configuration of data rights. Cross company view and operation; through the establishment of online service platform to achieve the group customer service unified external window, to provide customers with a comprehensive, multi-level, personalized shipping logistics services, online booking, packing, reconciliation, Box tube and other business processes. Optimize the internal business processes, effectively solve the service quality problems. Realize the power and responsibility of all departments and units of the company, enhance the sense of responsibility, improve the service efficiency, and maximize the convenience of customers.
