【摘要】：正隨著京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標的實施,河北省唐山市作為國家商貿(mào)物流業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基地,其物流業(yè)迎來了前所未有的機遇。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計,目前唐山市物流相關企業(yè)1.1萬余家,物流用地總面積近10萬畝,過半數(shù)縣(市)區(qū)物流用地占地面積,超過了4000畝,其中以曹妃甸、海港和豐潤物流聚集區(qū)面積最大,均達萬畝以上。2010年~2015年,唐山市實際供應倉儲用地共14031畝,供應面積整體呈增長趨勢。如何實現(xiàn)物流用地的高效利用,是當?shù)卣媾R的一個現(xiàn)實問題。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the strategic goal of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, as an important base for the development of national commercial logistics industry, has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for its logistics industry. According to incomplete statistics, at present, there are more than 11000 logistics related enterprises in Tangshan City, with a total land area of nearly 100000 mu of logistics land, and more than half of the county (city) districts covering an area of more than 4000 mu, including Caofeidian. From 2010 to 2015, 14031 mu of storage land was actually supplied in Tangshan City, and the supply area was increasing as a whole. How to realize the efficient use of logistics land is a realistic problem faced by local government.
