云制造環(huán)境下機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置研究

【摘要】:機(jī)床是裝備制造業(yè)的重要組成部分,我國機(jī)床工業(yè)在迅速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也面臨機(jī)床資源閑置和資源匱乏并存的問題。在這樣的背景下,云制造作為一種新型的制造模式受到廣泛關(guān)注。本文為解決云制造環(huán)境下面向切削加工任務(wù)的機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置問題,從機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置體系和過程、云環(huán)境下機(jī)床資源匯聚模式、切削加工任務(wù)需求分析方法、機(jī)床資源搜索流程及方法以及機(jī)床資源優(yōu)選等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入研究。根據(jù)云環(huán)境的分布式特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建基于P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)的五層機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置體系架構(gòu),面向用戶切削加工任務(wù),對機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置過程進(jìn)行了分析;依據(jù)機(jī)床資源復(fù)雜性和分散性的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合機(jī)床資源的功能特征,按照不同類型將機(jī)床資源進(jìn)行匯聚,建立面向應(yīng)用的兩層Chord環(huán)路的機(jī)床資源匯聚結(jié)構(gòu)。依據(jù)機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置體系,建立分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下機(jī)床資源的搜索流程。依據(jù)加工制造任務(wù)的對象特性,建立切削加工任務(wù)模型,闡述了任務(wù)分解的方法。給出了切削加工任務(wù)需求分析方法,建立滿足任務(wù)要求的機(jī)床需求信息模型。依據(jù)建立的兩層多環(huán)Chord資源環(huán)路,給出機(jī)床資源搜索方法。為保證獲得最優(yōu)的機(jī)床資源,重點(diǎn)研究機(jī)床資源的優(yōu)選方法。建立機(jī)床資源優(yōu)選的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用模糊一致關(guān)系確定各評(píng)價(jià)因素的權(quán)重。依據(jù)建立的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,考慮切削加工過程中的物流因素,建立機(jī)床資源多目標(biāo)優(yōu)選函數(shù),根據(jù)遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,并對算法的性能進(jìn)行分析和驗(yàn)證。最后結(jié)合以上研究,建立切削加工資源云服務(wù)門戶系統(tǒng),采用面向?qū)ο蟮木幊谭椒ㄟM(jìn)行各功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和功能實(shí)現(xiàn),通過一個(gè)切削加工實(shí)例對機(jī)床資源優(yōu)化配置的過程進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Machine tool is an important part of equipment manufacturing industry. With the rapid development of machine tool industry in China, the machine tool industry also faces the problem of idle machine tool resources and resource scarcity.In this context, cloud manufacturing as a new manufacturing model has received extensive attention.In this paper, in order to solve the problem of machine tool resource optimal allocation for cutting task in cloud manufacturing environment, the system and process of machine tool resource optimization allocation, the model of machine tool resource convergence under cloud environment, and the method of cutting task demand analysis are discussed in this paper.The process and method of machine tool resource search and the selection of machine tool resource are studied in detail.According to the distributed characteristics of cloud environment, a five-layer machine tool resource optimization configuration architecture based on P2P network is constructed, and the process of machine tool resource optimization allocation is analyzed, which is oriented to the task of user cutting.According to the characteristics of complexity and dispersion of machine tool resources and the functional characteristics of machine tool resources, the machine tool resources are converged according to different types, and the structure of machine tool resources convergence based on two-layer Chord loop for application is established.According to the optimal allocation system of machine tool resources, the search flow of machine tool resources under distributed network environment is established.According to the object characteristics of manufacturing task, the cutting task model is established and the method of task decomposition is expounded.The requirement analysis method of cutting task is given, and the information model of machine tool requirement is established to meet the task requirement.According to the two-layer multi-loop Chord resource loop, the searching method of machine tool resource is given.In order to obtain the best machine tool resource, the method of machine tool resource optimization is studied.The evaluation index system of machine tool resource selection is established, and the weight of each evaluation factor is determined by fuzzy consistent relation.According to the established evaluation index system, considering the logistics factors in the cutting process, the multi-objective optimal selection function of machine tool resources is established, which is solved according to genetic algorithm, and the performance of the algorithm is analyzed and verified.Finally, based on the above research, the cloud service portal system of cutting resources is established, and the design and realization of each function module are carried out by using the object-oriented programming method.The process of optimizing the allocation of machine tool resources is verified by a machining example.
