【摘要】：近年來自然災(zāi)害頻發(fā),災(zāi)害會(huì)造成大量的難民、災(zāi)民。災(zāi)區(qū)糧食供應(yīng)的快速有效,是糧食應(yīng)急物流需要考慮的首要問題。首先面臨的一個(gè)問題就是糧食的應(yīng)急供應(yīng)和糧食的緊急調(diào)運(yùn)、配送。這是在災(zāi)害發(fā)生后,緊急拉動(dòng)糧食的需求。而糧食應(yīng)急物流不僅僅要考慮事后的應(yīng)急響應(yīng),還需要考慮災(zāi)害發(fā)生前糧食應(yīng)急物流網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的建設(shè),糧食應(yīng)急加工網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的布局,糧食應(yīng)急配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)的籌劃,以及與倉儲(chǔ)、加工、配送、裝卸搬運(yùn)、包裝等相聯(lián)系的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),應(yīng)急組織的確立,糧食應(yīng)急物流信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)等相關(guān)方面。目前糧食應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的研究已經(jīng)成為中國現(xiàn)在熱門研究的話題。本文主要是對糧食應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。首先論述了本文的研究背景和意義,并對國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于此話題的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧和研究總結(jié);其次在闡述相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖建立一個(gè)符合實(shí)際情況的糧食應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng),并在這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)簡化,主要是從糧食儲(chǔ)備、糧食應(yīng)急加工、糧食應(yīng)急運(yùn)輸與配送三個(gè)主要模塊進(jìn)行分析研究,利用Flexsim仿真軟件對這個(gè)簡化的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模。盡可能構(gòu)建一個(gè)貼近事實(shí)的地震情景下糧食應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)的模型,對這個(gè)情景進(jìn)行Flexsim仿真。通過仿真找出系統(tǒng)存在的問題,并對這個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。由于國內(nèi)關(guān)于應(yīng)用Flexsim仿真軟件來進(jìn)行糧食應(yīng)急物流系統(tǒng)研究的不多,本文可以為以后的研究者提供一定的參考。而且建模仿真的成本往往比真實(shí)構(gòu)建這個(gè)系統(tǒng)后又發(fā)現(xiàn)具有不合理的地方,然后進(jìn)行重建的成本低,所以通過仿真可以為決策者提供一些理論參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, frequent natural disasters, disasters will cause a large number of refugees, victims.The fast and effective food supply in the disaster area is the most important problem that should be considered in the food emergency logistics.The first problem is the emergency supply of grain and the emergency dispatch and distribution of grain.This is the emergency in the aftermath of the disaster, the demand for food.Food emergency logistics should not only consider the emergency response afterwards, but also consider the construction of grain emergency logistics network before disasters, the layout of grain emergency processing network, the planning of food emergency distribution network, and storage and processing.Distribution, handling, packaging and other related infrastructure construction, emergency organization establishment, food emergency logistics information system construction and other related aspects.At present, the research of food emergency logistics system has become a hot topic in China.This paper mainly studies the grain emergency logistics system.Firstly, it discusses the research background and significance of this paper, and reviews and summarizes the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars on this topic; secondly, on the basis of expounding the relevant concepts,This paper attempts to establish a grain emergency logistics system in line with the actual situation, and on the basis of this system, appropriately simplifies it, mainly from the three main modules of grain storage, food emergency processing, food emergency transportation and distribution.The simplified system is modeled by Flexsim simulation software.As far as possible, a model of grain emergency logistics system under the earthquake scenario is constructed, and the Flexsim simulation of this scenario is carried out.The problems of the system are found out by simulation, and the system is optimized.Due to the lack of domestic research on the application of Flexsim simulation software to the grain emergency logistics system, this paper can provide a certain reference for future researchers.Moreover, the cost of modeling and simulation is often lower than that of the real system, and then the cost of reconstruction is lower, so the simulation can provide some theoretical reference for decision makers.
