【摘要】：近年來,中國-東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)的發(fā)展、“一帶一路”以及長江經(jīng)濟帶等重大國家戰(zhàn)略的實施,為云南省經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展提供了新的契機和動力。伴隨著經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的同時,云南省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)也得到了顯著發(fā)展,這必然帶來云南省物流需求量的不斷提升、物流需求形式的多樣化。為了切實保障云南省貿(mào)易間貨物得到快速、高效的運轉(zhuǎn),更好的發(fā)揮物流對經(jīng)濟增長的促進作用,有必要從深層次去研究當前云南省區(qū)域物流的發(fā)展,了解其中的作用機理,才能正確的做出云南省區(qū)域物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的指導意見,促進區(qū)域物流與經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。因此,本文利用系統(tǒng)動力學方法對云南省物流業(yè)發(fā)展的運行規(guī)則、作用機理及其影響因素進行的研究。首先,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外區(qū)域物流的發(fā)展態(tài)勢與研究動態(tài),在此基礎上,分析云南省物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,指出當前云南省物流業(yè)發(fā)展存在的基本問題;其次,分析系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部要素之間的作用機理,構(gòu)建了云南省區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)動力學模型及其子模型-區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、物流積壓以及區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)資本三個子模型;再者,利用VENSIM軟件對模型的有效性與實用性進行檢驗;最終借助VENSIM軟件對云南省2010-2025年區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)進行實證分析。本文嘗試著運用系統(tǒng)動力學的理論和方法,分析研究云南省區(qū)域物流內(nèi)部的動力機制,在此基礎上,建立云南省區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)動力學模型,模擬仿真區(qū)域物流未來的發(fā)展趨勢;利用系統(tǒng)動力學模型的“戰(zhàn)略與策略實驗室”功能,通過四種假設政策方案分析,模擬不同影響因素對云南省物流業(yè)以及經(jīng)濟的促進作用,根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,有針對性的提出云南省物流業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議,增強云南省區(qū)域競爭力,優(yōu)化資源配置,為打造云南省面向東南亞、南亞“一帶一路”的橋梁樞紐提供理論支撐和政策指導。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the implementation of "Belt and Road" and the implementation of major national strategies such as the Yangtze River Economic Belt, have provided a new opportunity and motive force for Yunnan Province to realize leapfrog economic development.Along with the rapid development of economy, the logistics industry of Yunnan Province has also been significantly developed, which will inevitably lead to the continuous upgrading of logistics demand in Yunnan Province, and the diversification of logistics demand forms.In order to ensure the fast and efficient operation of goods between trade in Yunnan Province, and to give full play to the role of logistics in promoting economic growth, it is necessary to study the current development of regional logistics in Yunnan Province and understand its mechanism from a deep level.In order to correctly make Yunnan Province regional logistics system planning guidance to promote the coordinated development of regional logistics and economy.Therefore, the system dynamics method is used to study the operating rules, mechanism and influencing factors of the logistics industry in Yunnan province.Firstly, this paper summarizes the development situation and research trends of regional logistics at home and abroad, then analyzes the current situation of logistics industry in Yunnan Province, and points out the basic problems existing in the development of logistics industry in Yunnan Province.Based on the analysis of the mechanism among the internal elements of the system, this paper constructs the system dynamics model and its sub-model of regional logistics industry in Yunnan Province-regional economic development, logistics backlog and regional logistics industry capital.The validity and practicability of the model are tested by using VENSIM software, and the regional logistics industry of Yunnan Province from 2010-2025 to 2025 is analyzed empirically with the help of VENSIM software.This paper tries to use the theory and method of system dynamics to analyze and study the dynamic mechanism of regional logistics in Yunnan Province. On this basis, the system dynamics model of regional logistics industry in Yunnan Province is established.Using the function of "strategy and strategy laboratory" of system dynamics model, this paper simulates the promotion effect of different factors on logistics industry and economy of Yunnan province through the analysis of four hypothetical policies and schemes, and simulates the development trend of regional logistics in the future, and uses the function of "strategy and strategy laboratory" of system dynamics model.According to the simulation results, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the logistics industry in Yunnan Province are put forward, the regional competitiveness of Yunnan Province is enhanced, and the allocation of resources is optimized, in order to make Yunnan Province face Southeast Asia,The bridge hub of Belt and Road in South Asia provides theoretical support and policy guidance.
