【摘要】：落實"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"的發(fā)展理念,立足于"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"和"一帶一路"的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展要求,主動融入產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,搭建企業(yè)需求與學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)之間的橋梁,實現(xiàn)"規(guī)�；ㄖ�"人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格與社會需求的動態(tài)適應(yīng)。以提高物流人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量為目標(biāo),創(chuàng)新"企業(yè)定制與學(xué)生自主定制"相結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)方案,以"物流專業(yè)人才資歷架構(gòu)"的人才培養(yǎng)體制機(jī)制改革為核心,以"雙師型+國際化"教學(xué)團(tuán)隊、"知識點+能力點+案例庫"課程體系、"線上+線下"課堂教學(xué)方式、"創(chuàng)新+創(chuàng)業(yè)"實踐教學(xué)、"過程化+多元化"教學(xué)管理等關(guān)鍵要素為重點改革內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Implementing the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing", based on the social and economic development requirements of "Internet" and "Belt and Road", and actively integrating into the industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation-driven development strategy,Build the bridge between enterprise demand and students' learning, realize the dynamic adaptation of "large-scale customization" talent training specification and social demand.Aiming at improving the training quality of logistics talents, innovating the talent training scheme which combines enterprise customization with students' self-customization, and taking the reform of talent training system and mechanism of "qualified personnel structure of logistics specialty" as the core."double qualified internationalization" teaching team, "knowledge point ability point case base" curriculum system, "online and offline" classroom teaching methods, "innovative entrepreneurship" practical teaching, "process diversification" teaching management, etc.Key elements for the key reform content.
