【摘要】：近年來,現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,各地政府越來越重視,針對(duì)物流行業(yè)紛紛制定了新的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,而國(guó)務(wù)院也為此頒布了的《物流業(yè)調(diào)整和振興規(guī)劃》,更加彰顯了現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)做出的重要貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)為現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展提供了政策保障。鐵路作為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的大動(dòng)脈,在現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)中,對(duì)比于公路、航空等其它運(yùn)輸方式,優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,但其核心功能尚沒有完全發(fā)揮出來。面對(duì)逐漸白熱化的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),鐵路必須抓住客貨分線條件下鐵路既有線的運(yùn)能將進(jìn)一步釋放的關(guān)鍵機(jī)遇,重點(diǎn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流,讓傳統(tǒng)鐵路運(yùn)輸業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流領(lǐng)域拓展是鐵路貨運(yùn)又一個(gè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。物流中心是現(xiàn)代物流綜合體系中的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),其選址布局則是形成物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要基礎(chǔ)。本論文針對(duì)廣州鐵路貨運(yùn)現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際和收集的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析,從如下幾方面對(duì)廣州鐵路樞紐物流中心的選址布局規(guī)劃問題進(jìn)行了充分的研究：(1)分析界定鐵路物流中心的基本概念和主要特點(diǎn),闡明鐵路物流中心在社會(huì)物流系統(tǒng)中的基本功能和增值服務(wù)功能。(2)明確鐵路物流中心選址目標(biāo)和空間布局結(jié)構(gòu),闡述具體的選址原則,理順鐵路物流中心選址布局的一般思路。(3)探討原有物流中心選址的一般思路和方法,根據(jù)鐵路物流中心選址的特點(diǎn)、相關(guān)條件進(jìn)行選址布局,構(gòu)建鐵路物流中心選址模型。(4)闡述廣州鐵路樞紐概況和貨運(yùn)站點(diǎn)布局及既有貨運(yùn)設(shè)備能力,針對(duì)性提出廣州鐵路貨運(yùn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流存在的問題,分析廣州鐵路樞紐為鐵路物流中心選址的需求條件和供給條件,定量預(yù)測(cè)了各個(gè)需求點(diǎn)對(duì)鐵路貨運(yùn)站的物流需求,基于項(xiàng)目給出了廣州樞紐鐵路貨運(yùn)站的布局和整合規(guī)劃方案,并給出了新建場(chǎng)站的建設(shè)規(guī)劃,分析和驗(yàn)證了該方案的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the modern logistics industry, local governments have paid more and more attention to it, and have drawn up new development plans for the logistics industry one after another.For this reason, the State Council has promulgated the "Plan for Adjustment and Revitalization of Logistics Industry", which highlights the important contribution of modern logistics industry to the national economy and provides policy guarantee for the steady and rapid development of modern logistics industry.Railway, as the main artery of our national economy, has obvious advantages compared with other transportation modes such as highway and aviation in modern logistics system, but its core function has not been fully brought into play.In the face of the increasingly fierce market competition, the railway must seize the key opportunity that the capacity of the existing railway lines will be further released under the condition of passenger and cargo separation, and focus on the development of modern logistics.It is another economic growth point for railway freight to expand the traditional railway transportation to modern logistics field.Logistics center is the key node in modern logistics integrated system, and its location and layout is the important foundation of forming logistics network.According to the current situation of Guangzhou railway freight transportation, this paper analyzes the actual situation and the collected data of the field production.This paper makes a full study on the location and layout planning of Guangzhou Railway Hub Logistics Center from the following aspects: (1) analyzing and defining the basic concept and main characteristics of the Railway Logistics Center.Expounding the basic function and value-added service function of railway logistics center in the social logistics system. (2) clarifying the location target and spatial layout structure of railway logistics center, and expounding the concrete location principle.Straighten out the general train of thought of location layout of railway logistics center. (3) discuss the general thinking and method of the original location of logistics center, according to the characteristics of the location of railway logistics center, related conditions to carry out location layout,This paper describes the general situation of Guangzhou railway hub, the layout of freight station and the capacity of existing freight transportation equipment, and points out the problems existing in the development of modern logistics of Guangzhou railway freight transportation.This paper analyzes the demand and supply conditions of Guangzhou railway hub location for railway logistics center, quantitatively predicts the logistics demand of each demand point to railway freight station, and gives the layout and integrated planning scheme of Guangzhou hub railway freight station based on the project.The construction plan of the new station is given, and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed and verified.
