【摘要】：H制造企業(yè)2013年渠道業(yè)務實施電商化,采用扁平分散化管理模式,個性化定制生產,率先開展O2O模式轉型。然而,企業(yè)轉型過程中管理理念及管理方式無法與O2O模式步調一致,出現營銷渠道營運資金周轉期過長、存貨周轉效率降低等營運資金管理問題。本文將經營性現金流量與三大渠道營運資金結合,分析企業(yè)轉型O2O模式過程中存在的問題,從創(chuàng)新產品生產、線上平臺銷售、自有物流體系建設等方面提出營運資金管理建議。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the channel business of H manufacturing enterprise implemented e-commerce, adopting flat and decentralized management mode, individualized customized production, and taking the lead in the transformation of O2O mode.However, in the process of enterprise transformation, the management concept and management mode can not keep pace with the O2O model, and the working capital management problems such as the excessive turnover period of working capital in marketing channels and the reduction of inventory turnover efficiency occur.This paper combines the operating cash flow with the working capital of three major channels, analyzes the problems existing in the process of the transformation of the O2O model, and puts forward some suggestions for the management of the working capital from the aspects of innovative product production, online platform sales, and the construction of its own logistics system.
