激光掃描的物流條形碼識別系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對當(dāng)前條碼技術(shù)具工作繁瑣、抗干擾性差等缺陷,設(shè)計(jì)了基于激光掃描的物流條碼識別系統(tǒng)。首先選擇BL-600型條碼掃描設(shè)備對物流產(chǎn)品條碼進(jìn)行掃描,掃描后條碼數(shù)據(jù)傳遞到RS422進(jìn)行放大處理,然后將放大后的數(shù)據(jù)反饋到工控機(jī)的串口,并與數(shù)據(jù)庫的物品種類數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匹配完成物品種類的識別,然后將識別結(jié)果顯示出來,并通過具體實(shí)驗(yàn)測試其性能。結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)對不同類型物流條碼的解碼效果和解碼范圍都較佳,系統(tǒng)性能較優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:A logistics barcode identification system based on laser scanning is designed to overcome the disadvantages of complicated work and poor anti-interference in the current barcode technology.First, BL-600 barcode scanning equipment is selected to scan the bar code of logistics products. After scanning, the bar code data is transferred to RS422 for amplification, and then the amplified data is fed back to the serial port of the industrial control computer.Matching with the data of the item category in the database, the identification of the item type is completed, and the recognition result is displayed, and its performance is tested through the concrete experiment.The results show that the system has better decoding effect and decoding range for different types of logistics bar codes, and the system performance is better.
