APL航運公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的案例研究

【摘要】:海運作為國際運輸中歷史悠久、運輸量大以及成本低廉的運輸方式,是國際貿(mào)易中最主要的運輸方式。現(xiàn)階段國際航運物流的發(fā)展隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化的深入已經(jīng)比較成熟,國際航運市場的競爭日趨激烈,加之近年來歐美經(jīng)濟增長速度放緩,燃油、造船等成本的不斷攀升,國際集裝箱運輸市場出現(xiàn)了整體變冷的趨勢。面對不利的市場環(huán)境,航運企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型迫在眉睫,大聯(lián)盟的整合時代正在到來,全球前二十家班輪公司紛紛尋找伙伴組合戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,CKHY,G6,2M,O3等聯(lián)盟陸續(xù)橫空出世。APL公司是一間有100多年歷史的大型班輪航運公司,在國際航運業(yè)排名一直處于前十位。然而在不斷惡化的外部市場環(huán)境和成本壓力下,公司連續(xù)數(shù)年處于經(jīng)營虧損狀態(tài),面對殘酷的現(xiàn)實,公司決定采取戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟策略來提高船舶艙位利用和資源配置效率,增加航班密度和?扛劭,擴大服務(wù)地區(qū),以期實現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟。本文從航運市場形勢入手,對航運企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的經(jīng)營困難進行介紹和分析,首先進行文獻收集并參考相關(guān)理論研究,找到聯(lián)盟合作是有助于企業(yè)渡過行業(yè)低潮的有效措施之理論支持。隨后展開APL公司加入G6聯(lián)盟的實際案例分析,描述了公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟策略的選擇、實施過程及其取得的初步成效,總結(jié)得出聯(lián)盟經(jīng)營是有利于現(xiàn)階段航運企業(yè)發(fā)展的有效策略。同時進一步討論如何在行業(yè)聯(lián)盟中突出和保持企業(yè)自身優(yōu)勢、如何選擇戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴及如何有效規(guī)避聯(lián)盟帶來的風(fēng)險并探討突破聯(lián)盟合作局限性的具體措施。最后本文得出案例啟示,總結(jié)出如何確保成員間聯(lián)合經(jīng)營的順利展開,成員企業(yè)如何在聯(lián)盟合作中保持本企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,突破聯(lián)盟局限以達到預(yù)期經(jīng)營目標。本文同時可以為不同行業(yè)企業(yè)如何應(yīng)對經(jīng)營困境,如何時實施戰(zhàn)略合作策略提供一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As an international shipping transport has a long history, large transportation volume and low cost of transportation, is the most important way of transportation in international trade. At the present stage of development of international shipping logistics with the development of global economic integration has been relatively mature, the intense competition of international shipping market, coupled with the recent economic slowdown, Europe and the United States fuel. Shipbuilding costs continue to rise, the international container transportation market overall cooling trend. However in the deteriorating The external market environment and cost pressures, companies in the consecutive years of operating losses, facing the cruel reality, the company decided to take the strategic alliance to improve the space utilization and the efficiency of resource allocation, increase the density of flight and ports, expand service areas, in order to achieve economies of scale. This article from the shipping market situation, development status the shipping companies and the operating difficulties are introduced and analyzed. Firstly, literature collection and relevant theoretical research, to find effective measures to support the theory of alliance is help enterprises through the industry downturn. The analysis of actual cases followed by APL company to join the G6 alliance, described the company strategic alliance strategy preliminary the effectiveness of the implementation process and the conclusion is the effective strategy of business alliance conducive to the development of shipping enterprises at the present stage. At the same time further. How to highlight and keep their own advantages in the industry alliance, how to choose the risk of strategic partners and how to effectively avoid the alliance and discusses specific measures to break through the limitations of the alliance. At last we draw inspirations, summed up how to ensure that members of joint operation smoothly, the member enterprises how to keep the competitive the advantage in the alliance, the alliance is expected to reach breakthrough Limited business objectives.
