【摘要】：我國倉單質(zhì)押物流金融業(yè)務(wù)起步較晚,發(fā)展還不夠完善,存在許多潛在的運作風(fēng)險。根據(jù)倉單質(zhì)押物流金融的特點,選擇模糊綜合評價法作為倉單質(zhì)押物流金融風(fēng)險形成機理系統(tǒng)的研究方法。基于層次分析法制定風(fēng)險評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立層次結(jié)構(gòu)圖,并通過業(yè)務(wù)流程和風(fēng)險表現(xiàn)形式找出主要風(fēng)險因子,從而構(gòu)建風(fēng)險評價指標(biāo)體系;運用模糊綜合評價法計算各指標(biāo)的權(quán)值,然后確定綜合評價值,根據(jù)最大隸屬度原則得出評價結(jié)果并進(jìn)行分析。經(jīng)研究表明:質(zhì)押物風(fēng)險和融資企業(yè)信用風(fēng)險是主要風(fēng)險,銀行運作風(fēng)險和物流企業(yè)監(jiān)管風(fēng)險是一般風(fēng)險,倉單風(fēng)險是次要風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:The logistics finance business of warehouse receipt pledge in our country starts late, and the development is not perfect enough, and there are many potential operational risks. According to the characteristics of warehouse receipt pledge logistics finance, The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the systematic research method of the formation mechanism of warehouse receipt pledge logistics financial risk. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the risk evaluation standard is established, and the hierarchy structure diagram is established. The main risk factors are found out through the business process and risk expression form, and the index system of risk evaluation is constructed. The weight value of each index is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the comprehensive evaluation value is determined. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the evaluation results are obtained and analyzed. The research shows that the risk of pledge and the credit risk of financing enterprises are the main risks, the risk of bank operation and the risk of supervision of logistics enterprises are general risks. Warehouse receipt risk is a secondary risk.
