基于漸消面的大運(yùn)電動(dòng)物流輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的磅礴發(fā)展和對(duì)環(huán)境問題的日益重視,電動(dòng)物流輕卡將是我國(guó)輕卡領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的方向。我國(guó)電動(dòng)物流輕卡邁過了模仿借鑒國(guó)外輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)的階段,其造型設(shè)計(jì)得到了快速的發(fā)展。但客觀的說我國(guó)輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)還處于自主設(shè)計(jì)的初級(jí)階段,其造型設(shè)計(jì)還不成熟,且品牌特征的塑造還有待加強(qiáng)。漸消面作為一種造型方法,運(yùn)用在電動(dòng)物流輕卡上不僅能對(duì)其形態(tài)進(jìn)行品質(zhì)塑造,還符合空氣動(dòng)力學(xué),減少其能源的消耗,這符合電動(dòng)物流輕卡節(jié)能環(huán)保的本質(zhì)要求。但在我國(guó)輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)中漸消面的造型方法運(yùn)用的少之又少且沒有形成卡車造型方法的相關(guān)理論。基于上述背景,本論文的研究目的是運(yùn)用漸消面的造型手法為目標(biāo)企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)一款電動(dòng)物流輕卡。本文將運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析法、調(diào)研訪談法、模塊分析法等研究方法探索漸消面在目標(biāo)電動(dòng)物流輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用,針對(duì)我國(guó)輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)還不成熟這一問題提供一定的參考性建議。本論文的主要研究結(jié)果有如下幾個(gè)方面:(1)對(duì)當(dāng)代有代表性的11款平頭輕卡造型進(jìn)行研究,得出平頭輕卡的造型元素及元素之間的關(guān)系。(2)以歐洲設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)秀的平頭卡車為研究對(duì)象,探究得出漸消面在卡車造型設(shè)計(jì)中的設(shè)計(jì)方法。(3)研究著名的平頭輕卡造型發(fā)展的演變,探究了輕卡造型發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)及現(xiàn)代高端輕卡的特點(diǎn),為后續(xù)進(jìn)行大運(yùn)電動(dòng)物流輕卡設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。(4)研究輕卡與家族式卡車車系的關(guān)系,得出每個(gè)系列的卡車遵循著品牌特征基因的遺傳性,同時(shí)每款卡車根據(jù)不同尺寸、不同定位,對(duì)其基因進(jìn)行演繹進(jìn)化,保持了產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新性。對(duì)輕卡與其家族式卡車車系關(guān)系的研究讓本次進(jìn)行的輕卡設(shè)計(jì)不是即興的,而是遵守品牌基因的。(5)本文基于山西省車輛工程研究生教育創(chuàng)新中心與大運(yùn)汽車股份有限公司的合作而展開,為大運(yùn)汽車股份有限公司的電動(dòng)物流輕卡進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì),本文研究了大運(yùn)企業(yè)文化及其卡車系列,得出大運(yùn)卡車的品牌特征,總結(jié)出大運(yùn)卡車的基因,為后續(xù)進(jìn)行輕卡設(shè)計(jì)奠定基礎(chǔ)。最后根據(jù)文中的研究,本文的結(jié)論為運(yùn)用漸消面的卡車造型設(shè)計(jì)手法設(shè)計(jì)一款具有大運(yùn)品牌特征、遵循平頭輕卡造型元素之間的關(guān)系,且符合當(dāng)代高端輕卡特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的電動(dòng)物流輕卡,來(lái)驗(yàn)證本課題總結(jié)的平頭輕卡造型元素之間的關(guān)系和基于漸消面的卡車造型設(shè)計(jì)方法的合理性與可行性。本文對(duì)大運(yùn)電動(dòng)物流輕卡的造型進(jìn)行了再設(shè)計(jì),為大運(yùn)電動(dòng)物流輕卡的造型設(shè)計(jì)提供了一定的參考性建議。本文還總結(jié)了平頭輕卡造型元素之間的關(guān)系和基于漸消面的卡車造型設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)我國(guó)輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)有豐富與更新的啟示,為進(jìn)行輕卡造型設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的理論性指導(dǎo)與參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the increasing attention to environmental problems, electric logistics light truck will be the direction of development in the field of light truck in China. The electric logistics light truck of our country has passed the stage of imitating and drawing lessons from foreign light truck modeling design. However, the design of light truck in our country is still in the primary stage of independent design, and its modeling design is not mature, and the molding of brand features needs to be strengthened. It can not only shape the quality of electric logistics light truck, but also conform to aerodynamics and reduce the consumption of energy. This accords with the essential requirement of energy saving and environmental protection of electric logistics light truck. However, in the light truck modeling design in our country, there are few and no theories on how to use the fading surface modeling method to form the truck modeling method. Based on the above background, The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of electric logistics light truck for the target enterprise by using the modeling technique of fading face. Research methods such as module analysis explore the application of fading face in the modeling design of electric logistics light truck. In this paper, the main research results are as follows: 1. It is concluded that the design elements of the flat head light truck and the relationship between the elements. 2) take the European design excellent flat head truck as the research object, explore the design method of the fading face in the truck modeling design. 3) study the evolution of the famous flat head light truck modeling development. This paper probes into the trend of the development of light truck modeling and the characteristics of modern high-end light truck, which provides the basis for the design of electric logistics light truck for heavy transportation.) the relationship between light truck and family truck department is studied. The results show that each truck follows the heredity of the brand characteristic gene, and each truck evolves its gene according to its different size and location. The research on the relationship between light truck and its family truck system makes the design of light truck not impromptu. This paper is based on the cooperation between Shanxi vehicle Engineering Graduate Education Innovation Center and Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd., which is designed for the electric logistics light truck of Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd. In this paper, the corporate culture and truck series of Dayun are studied, the brand characteristics of the truck are obtained, and the genes of the truck are summed up, which lays a foundation for the design of light truck in the future. Finally, according to the research in this paper, The conclusion of this paper is to design a kind of electric logistics light truck which has the characteristics of big brand, follows the relationship between flat head light truck modeling elements, and accords with the characteristics and development trend of modern high-end light truck. To verify the relationship between the flat head light truck modeling elements summarized in this paper and the rationality and feasibility of the truck modeling design method based on fading plane. This paper provides some reference suggestions for the modeling design of electric light duty truck. This paper also summarizes the relationship between the modeling elements of flat head light truck and the design method of truck modeling based on fading surface. It provides some theoretical guidance and reference for light truck modeling design.
