QFNS銀行電商物流業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展,農(nóng)村物流配送越來越成為制約農(nóng)村電商平臺發(fā)展的主要瓶頸,物流配送能力也逐漸成為B2C、O2O企業(yè)的核心競爭力,物流領(lǐng)域也成為了電商企業(yè)混戰(zhàn)中的主要戰(zhàn)場。物流服務(wù)水平關(guān)系著消費(fèi)者的購物體驗(yàn),關(guān)系著用戶對B2C、O2O企業(yè)品牌的認(rèn)可,關(guān)系著電商企業(yè)的整體運(yùn)營成本和效率。近年來,金融市場競爭日益激烈,受利率市場化的影響,銀行主要的存貸利差收入也呈現(xiàn)下滑趨勢。2016年,QFNS銀行決定實(shí)施多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過搭建QF本地集商戶、銀行代辦員、農(nóng)戶于一體的銷售供應(yīng)鏈,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+思維,打造當(dāng)?shù)靥厣r(nóng)村電商平臺,進(jìn)一步開發(fā)農(nóng)村市場,增加經(jīng)營利潤。而農(nóng)村市場為主的電商業(yè)務(wù),物流業(yè)務(wù)流程是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。其服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和速度已經(jīng)成為衡量農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)企業(yè)競爭力的主要指標(biāo)。因此,本論文以QFNS銀行電商物流業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化研究為背景,聚焦于解決QFNS銀行電商物流業(yè)務(wù)問題,重點(diǎn)研究物流業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化策略。本論文就QFNS銀行物流業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化問題展開研究。首先介紹了農(nóng)村電商的產(chǎn)生背景及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,然后分析了QFNS銀行電商物流業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上基于基本的流程分析,提出物流業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化方法,優(yōu)化過程,優(yōu)化方案和優(yōu)化實(shí)施。本論文的研究有利于進(jìn)一步提高QFNS銀行電商物流業(yè)務(wù)的工作效率和客戶服務(wù)水平,減少不必要的運(yùn)營成本,提高了QFNS銀行的企業(yè)核心競爭力,為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of E-commerce in rural areas, rural logistics distribution has become the main bottleneck restricting the development of rural e-commerce platform, and the ability of logistics distribution has gradually become the core competitiveness of B2C O2O enterprises. The logistics field has also become the main battlefield in the melee of e-commerce enterprises. The level of logistics service is related to the consumer's shopping experience, the user's recognition of B2CX / O2O enterprise brand, and the overall operating cost and efficiency of e-commerce enterprises. The competition in the financial market is becoming more and more intense. Under the influence of the marketization of interest rates, the main deposit and loan spread income of banks has also shown a downward trend. In 2016, QFNS Bank decided to implement a diversified development strategy by setting up QF local merchants and bank agents. Farmers in the integrated sales supply chain, with the Internet thinking, to create local characteristics of rural e-commerce platform, further develop rural markets, increase operating profits. Logistics business process is a key link. The quality and speed of service has become the main index to measure the competitiveness of rural e-commerce enterprises. Therefore, this paper takes the QFNS bank e-commerce logistics business optimization research as the background. Focusing on solving the problem of QFNS bank e-commerce logistics business, the paper focuses on the optimization strategy of logistics business process. This paper studies the optimization of QFNS bank logistics business process. Firstly, it introduces the background of rural e-commerce and the current situation at home and abroad. Then it analyzes the development status and the main problems of QFNS bank e-commerce logistics business. On this basis, based on the basic process analysis, the optimization method of logistics business process and the optimization process are put forward. The research of this paper is helpful to further improve the efficiency of QFNS bank e-commerce logistics business and customer service level, reduce unnecessary operating costs, and improve the core competitiveness of QFNS bank. To lay the foundation for the strategic implementation of the enterprise.
