【摘要】：在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的新階段,我國農(nóng)村市場規(guī)模不斷擴大,流通業(yè)態(tài)有效提升,交易方式多樣化,市場主體多元化,但相比城市完善而成熟的流通服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系的快速拓展,農(nóng)村現(xiàn)有流通服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)顯得簡單,存在流通方式單一、經(jīng)營業(yè)態(tài)落后、流通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不足、流通主體實力較弱、管理方法滯后等一系列問題。為此,必須大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代流通服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系建設(shè),調(diào)整利益分配方式,規(guī)范政府行政職能,打破地方保護主義和行業(yè)壟斷,構(gòu)建開放統(tǒng)一、競爭有序、城鄉(xiāng)一體、安全高效的市場體系,讓農(nóng)民既增產(chǎn)又增收,促進城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the new stage of coordinating the development of urban and rural areas, the scale of rural market in our country is constantly expanding, the form of circulation is effectively promoted, the way of transaction is diversified, and the main body of market is diversified, but compared with the rapid expansion of the perfect and mature circulation service network system in the city, The existing circulation service network in rural areas is simple, with a single circulation mode, backward business operation, insufficient circulation infrastructure, weak circulation subject strength, lagging management methods, and so on. It is necessary to vigorously develop the rural modern circulation service network system, adjust the distribution of benefits, standardize the administrative functions of the government, break local protectionism and trade monopoly, build an open and unified system, and integrate urban and rural areas with orderly competition. A safe and efficient market system enables farmers to increase production and income and promote coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural economies.
