【摘要】：隨著我國人民生活水平的日益提高,對食品的質(zhì)量安全重視程度也逐年提高；我國易腐食品的生產(chǎn)量與消費(fèi)量位居世界首位,且逐年快速增加,而水產(chǎn)業(yè)作為易腐食品中最重要的組成部分,已成為整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧快速發(fā)展的重要組成部分。如何規(guī)范水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完善監(jiān)管機(jī)制,有效實(shí)施水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在各參與者之間的監(jiān)控及協(xié)調(diào)作用是本論文要探討的問題。本文從水產(chǎn)品冷鏈、物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化概念出發(fā),首先分析了我國水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系的現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢,存在問題及推進(jìn)我國水產(chǎn)品物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的必要因素。然后通過對比分析,對國內(nèi)外水產(chǎn)品物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行比較分析,在遵循物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系構(gòu)建的基本原理上,提出我國水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系,并提出推廣實(shí)施過程的制約因素及解決措施,如充分發(fā)揮政府部門物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)政策的制定與指引作用,推行實(shí)施水產(chǎn)品物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化中,行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、物流企業(yè)及銷售企業(yè)的博弈均衡狀態(tài),最終加快水產(chǎn)品物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的全面實(shí)施與真正落實(shí)。最后通過實(shí)證研究,以舟山水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流企業(yè)為例,給出優(yōu)化水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的實(shí)施方案,并對物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行分析,給出改進(jìn)意見及發(fā)展前景,提高水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)我國水產(chǎn)業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展并滿足人民對水產(chǎn)品需求擴(kuò)大的目標(biāo)。 本論文對于完善我國水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流體系框架、對物流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推廣實(shí)施具有一定參考價(jià)值,其次采用博弈論概念的方法,對于水產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流合理規(guī)范化、高效創(chuàng)新性具有一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards in China, the quality and safety of food are paid more and more attention year by year, and the production and consumption of perishable food in China ranks first in the world, and increases rapidly year by year. As the most important component of perishable food, aquatic industry has become an important part of the harmonious and rapid development of the whole national economy. How to effectively implement the logistics standard of aquatic product cold chain is a problem to be discussed in this paper, which is based on the concept of aquatic product cold chain and logistics standardization. This paper first analyzes the present situation and future development trend of the aquatic product cold chain logistics standardization system in China, the existing problems and the necessary factors to promote the aquatic product logistics standardization in China. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the development status and system standards of aquatic product logistics standardization at home and abroad. On the basis of the basic principle of logistics standardization system construction, the paper puts forward the aquatic product cold chain logistics standardization system in China. It also puts forward the restrictive factors and solving measures of popularizing the implementation process, such as giving full play to the role of formulating and guiding the logistics standard policies of government departments, promoting the implementation of aquatic product logistics standardization, trade association, The game equilibrium state of logistics enterprises and sales enterprises, finally speeding up the overall implementation and real implementation of aquatic product logistics standardization. Finally, through empirical research, taking the cold-chain logistics enterprise of aquatic products in Zhoushan as an example, The implementation scheme of optimizing aquatic product cold chain logistics is given, and the effect of logistics standardization implementation is analyzed, and the improvement opinion and development prospect are given to improve the economic benefit of aquatic product cold chain logistics. Finally, we can realize the healthy and rapid development of aquatic industry in our country and meet the goal of expanding the demand for aquatic products. This paper has some reference value for perfecting the framework of aquatic product cold chain logistics system and promoting the implementation of logistics standardization. Secondly, it adopts the concept of game theory to standardize the aquatic product cold chain logistics reasonably. High-efficiency innovation has certain reference function.
