配送中心選址的管理研究

【摘要】:配送中心選址的問(wèn)題是物流配送過(guò)程中的重要環(huán)節(jié),配送中心的合理選址除了有利于降低物流成本和投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)外,對(duì)于促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,緩解城市交通壓力及保護(hù)環(huán)境都具有積極的意義。因此,本文主要研究物配送中心的選址問(wèn)題,并建立多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局規(guī)劃的數(shù)學(xué)模型,使用一種新的研究方法,從而達(dá)到降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的目的。作為一種離散的組合優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,配送中心選址具有難題性質(zhì),如今,較常用的有量本利分折法、重心法、評(píng)分法、仿真等方法已獲得成功的應(yīng)用。經(jīng)過(guò)前人的長(zhǎng)期研究,以上方法已被廣泛應(yīng)用于解決多個(gè)生產(chǎn)設(shè)施選址與布局規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)化問(wèn)題;谶\(yùn)籌學(xué)的運(yùn)輸問(wèn)題以及線(xiàn)性規(guī)劃問(wèn)題的研究,本文建模得到一種新的多個(gè)設(shè)施布局條件下的新設(shè)施選址以及設(shè)施產(chǎn)能分配的模型,該模型克服了如重心法等傳統(tǒng)方法只適用于單一設(shè)施選址的缺點(diǎn),比傳統(tǒng)方法更適用于多設(shè)施選址問(wèn)題,尤其是通過(guò)量化的數(shù)學(xué)模型的設(shè)計(jì)與求解論證,對(duì)解決較大運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)模對(duì)應(yīng)的多生產(chǎn)設(shè)施與多個(gè)區(qū)域的銷(xiāo)售地的實(shí)際問(wèn)題更具優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文研究所涉及的A企業(yè),是我國(guó)PC制造業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)。隨著需求量的增加及需求范圍的不斷擴(kuò)大,其在中國(guó)區(qū)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施及網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局也不斷經(jīng)歷調(diào)整以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需要。配送中心選址的管理研究,結(jié)合A企業(yè)中國(guó)區(qū)生產(chǎn)設(shè)施選址及物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求,在其中國(guó)區(qū)生產(chǎn)設(shè)施布局的現(xiàn)狀研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析目前企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈布局中存在的問(wèn)題,從而引出如何有效優(yōu)化企業(yè)中國(guó)區(qū)生產(chǎn)設(shè)施布局的策略、方法和措施,作為本文研究的指導(dǎo)思想。本文將重點(diǎn)研究面向分銷(xiāo)渠道客戶(hù)的多目標(biāo)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施選址問(wèn)題,由于企業(yè)目前在中國(guó)區(qū)已經(jīng)存在北京、上海、廣東惠州三個(gè)中心,同時(shí)本文還將結(jié)合企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)施布局實(shí)際狀況,重點(diǎn)展開(kāi)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)平衡假設(shè)條件下的多起點(diǎn),多終點(diǎn),多目標(biāo)的選址問(wèn)題的線(xiàn)性規(guī)劃建模研究。
[Abstract]:The problem of distribution center location is an important link in the process of logistics distribution. The reasonable location of distribution center not only helps to reduce logistics cost and investment risk, but also promotes social and economic development. It is of great significance to alleviate traffic pressure and protect the environment. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the location of distribution center, establishes mathematical models of multiple network layout planning, and uses a new research method. As a discrete combinatorial optimization problem, the location of distribution center has a difficult nature. Methods such as simulation have been successfully applied. The above methods have been widely used to solve the optimization problems in the field of location and layout planning of production facilities. In this paper, a new model of facility location and facility capacity allocation under the condition of multiple facilities layout is established. This model overcomes the shortcoming that traditional methods such as barycenter method can only be applied to single facility location. Compared with the traditional method, it is more suitable for the multi-facility location problem, especially through the design and solution of the quantitative mathematical model. It is more advantageous to solve the practical problems of multi-production facilities and regional sales sites corresponding to larger operation scale. It is the leading enterprise of PC manufacturing industry in our country. With the increase of demand and the expansion of demand range, its production facilities and network layout in China have been constantly adjusted to meet the needs of the market, and the management of distribution center location has been studied. Combined with the actual business demand of production facility location and logistics network optimization of enterprise A in China, on the basis of the research on the present situation of production facility layout in China, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the layout of enterprise supply chain at present. Therefore, how to effectively optimize the layout of production facilities in China is the guiding ideology of this paper. This paper will focus on the multi-objective location of production facilities for distribution channel customers. Since the enterprises already have three centers in China, namely Beijing, Shanghai, and Huizhou, Guangdong, this paper will also focus on the multi-starting point and the multi-endpoint under the assumption of balance of production and marketing in the light of the actual situation of the layout of the production facilities of the enterprises.
