【摘要】：自古以來(lái),中國(guó)就是越南的友好鄰邦,兩國(guó)人民的文化、生活及消費(fèi)習(xí)慣等都存在著很多共同點(diǎn)。中國(guó)是一個(gè)正在崛起的大國(guó),在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)方面逐步鞏固了自己不可缺少的位置。因此,對(duì)越南來(lái)說(shuō),與中國(guó)在各領(lǐng)域的合作關(guān)系也越來(lái)越得到重視,也成為了越南政府和個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)專家的研究焦點(diǎn)。 自1991年中越兩國(guó)關(guān)系正�；詠�(lái),在友好的政治及外交關(guān)系的推動(dòng)下,兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展得到保障,又鑒于兩國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)、地理及文化等方面互補(bǔ)的便利條件,越南與中國(guó)的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系在很多領(lǐng)域都取得了迅猛發(fā)展,其中最為顯著的是貿(mào)易、投資和旅游合作等。 最近,廣西、云南兩省政府高層與越南有關(guān)方面頻頻接觸,對(duì)在邊境口岸地區(qū)發(fā)展壯大跨國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的問題展開了廣泛的溝通與協(xié)商。隨著雙邊貿(mào)易的不斷擴(kuò)大,中國(guó)與越南在邊境地區(qū)開展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)合作的意向已非常明顯。 隨著中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè)進(jìn)程的加快,地處中國(guó)西南邊境的廣西、云南在與越南開展邊境經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作中開始扮演重要角色,分布在近2000公里的中越邊境線上的憑祥、東興、河口等重點(diǎn)口岸已出現(xiàn)了相當(dāng)可觀的貿(mào)易規(guī)模。 因此,本文通過(guò)研究越北——華南經(jīng)濟(jì)軸線上的總體情況及其物流業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,力圖更全面、更深入地分析越北——華南經(jīng)濟(jì)軸線中的物流業(yè)發(fā)展及其存在的一些相關(guān)問題。文章在對(duì)越南物流業(yè)發(fā)展以及與越南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的互相關(guān)系做深入探究后,分析了現(xiàn)在物流業(yè)的發(fā)展是如何影響越北——華南經(jīng)濟(jì)軸線上物流業(yè)的增長(zhǎng),進(jìn)而提出促進(jìn)越南與中國(guó)物流業(yè)及越北——華南經(jīng)濟(jì)軸線上物流業(yè)快速發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,以期為越南日后的物流業(yè)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和政策借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, China has been a friendly neighbor of Vietnam. There are many common points in the culture, life and consumption habits of the two peoples. China is a rising power, in politics, The economic aspect has gradually consolidated its indispensable position. Therefore, for Vietnam, the cooperative relationship with China in various fields has been paid more and more attention, and has also become the focus of the Vietnamese government and economic experts. Since the normalization of relations between the two countries in middle of 1991, the development of relations between the two countries has been safeguarded by the promotion of friendly political and diplomatic relations, and in view of the complementary and convenient conditions between the two countries in economic, geographical and cultural aspects, Vietnam's economic and trade relations with China have developed rapidly in many fields, the most prominent of which are trade, investment and tourism cooperation. Recently, the senior officials of Guangxi and Yunnan provinces have been in frequent contact with Vietnamese authorities concerned to conduct extensive communication and consultation on the issue of developing and expanding the transnational logistics industry in border port areas. With the continuous expansion of bilateral trade, China and Vietnam in the border areas in the logistics industry cooperation intention has been very clear. With the acceleration of the construction of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, and Guangxi, which is located on the southwestern border of China, Yunnan has begun to play an important role in carrying out economic and trade cooperation with Vietnam. Dongxing, estuary and other key ports have appeared considerable trade scale. Therefore, by studying the overall situation on the economic axis between North and South China and the impact of the development of logistics industry on the economies of the two countries, this paper tries to be more comprehensive. The development of logistics industry in the economic axis of North and South China and some related problems are analyzed in this paper. After a thorough study of the development of the logistics industry in Vietnam and the relationship between the development of the logistics industry and the economic growth of Vietnam, the paper makes an in-depth study of the relationship between the development of the logistics industry and the economic growth of Vietnam. This paper analyzes how the current development of logistics industry affects the growth of logistics industry on the economic axis of Yubei-South China, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rapid development of logistics industry in Vietnam and China and on the economic axis of Yubei-South China. In order to provide theoretical basis and policy reference for the future development of logistics industry in Vietnam.
