【摘要】：近年來網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的興起引發(fā)了包裹寄遞業(yè)務(wù)量每年增長(zhǎng)超過50%。由于現(xiàn)有郵箱的功能限制，郵政、快遞等物流企業(yè)在接收和投遞郵件、包裹時(shí)只能采用上門取件、送件的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。在這種模式下，承運(yùn)商和客戶之間每次都需要預(yù)約包裹的交接時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)，造成快遞企業(yè)的大量人力成本耗費(fèi)。為解決這個(gè)問題，，費(fèi)銳公司計(jì)劃建設(shè)一種廣泛分布于城市各個(gè)角落的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化包裹寄存系統(tǒng)，即費(fèi)銳公司智能儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)。費(fèi)銳公司智能儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)可以在保證安全、準(zhǔn)確的情況下，郵件、包裹的投遞員和收件人或發(fā)件人之間實(shí)現(xiàn)定點(diǎn)、分時(shí)交接。即投遞員和終端用戶在相互不見面的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)自助收、發(fā)件郵件或包裹。 本文對(duì)費(fèi)銳公司智能儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理與實(shí)施進(jìn)行了研究。通過閱讀文獻(xiàn)、調(diào)查研究、系統(tǒng)分析，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研和分析，結(jié)合相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論概念，對(duì)費(fèi)銳公司智能儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的概況、目標(biāo)、范圍、組織進(jìn)行分析，同時(shí)對(duì)其項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度、成本與收益、質(zhì)量進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和控制研究。最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)、管理、環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了預(yù)估，并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案和項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施保障。 本文在費(fèi)銳公司智能儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的背景下進(jìn)行研究，得到完整、客觀的項(xiàng)目分析結(jié)果，以為相關(guān)行業(yè)研究提供借鑒。智能物聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用范圍很大，它將不斷地改變我們現(xiàn)在的生活方式，人類的未來將是一個(gè)智能化的世界。現(xiàn)今社會(huì)與我們生活極其密切的郵件快遞業(yè)務(wù)，由于與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的結(jié)合，將更加智能、更加方便、更加安全的為我們服務(wù)。作為智能物聯(lián)的先行者，費(fèi)銳公司智能儲(chǔ)物柜系統(tǒng)必定能夠搭上時(shí)代列車，走在智能物聯(lián)系統(tǒng)的前沿，應(yīng)用前景一片光明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of online shopping has caused the volume of package delivery to increase by more than 50% a year. Due to the function restrictions of the existing mailboxes, postal, express delivery and other logistics enterprises receive and deliver mail, so packages can only be picked up at home. Delivery mode. In this mode, carriers and customers need to book the delivery time and place of the package each time, resulting in a large amount of labor costs of express delivery enterprises. To solve this problem, Feirui plans to build a networked package storage system, which is widely distributed in every corner of the city, that is, the Feirui intelligent lockers system. The Feirui intelligent lockers system can ensure the safety and accuracy of mail. The delivery person and the addressee or sender of the package achieve a fixed point and time-sharing. That is, the postman and the end user receive and receive each other, send mail or parcel without meeting each other. This paper studies the project management and implementation of the intelligent lockers system development of Feirui Company. Through reading the literature, investigating and researching, systematically analyzing, investigating and analyzing the current situation of the development of the Internet of things at home and abroad, Based on the related concepts of project management, the general situation, objectives, scope and organization of the intelligent lockers system development project of Feirui Company are analyzed. At the same time, the progress, cost and benefits of the project are also analyzed. Finally, the technology, market, management and environmental risk of the project are estimated, and the corresponding solutions and the implementation of the project are put forward. Under the background of the intelligent storage cabinet system development project of Feirui Company, this paper obtains the complete and objective project analysis results, and provides reference for the research of related industries. It will constantly change our current way of life, and the future of mankind will be an intelligent world. The mail delivery business, which is extremely close to our life today, will be more intelligent and convenient because of its combination with the Internet of things. As the forerunner of AMT, Feary's intelligent lockers system will be able to ride on the train of the times and be in the forefront of AIM system, and the application prospect will be bright.
