【摘要】：針對碳交易環(huán)境下的已存供應(yīng)鏈物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題,提出了一個(gè)混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃模型。該模型綜合考慮了已存工廠/物流中心的關(guān)閉或繼續(xù)開設(shè),新增候選工廠/物流中心,以包含供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營成本和碳交易成本在內(nèi)的總成本最小化為目標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)生成準(zhǔn)則,在Java中調(diào)用Cplex求解,通過算例驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性和求解方法的可行性。最后靈敏度分析為決策制定者提供了一些有意義的啟示:較高的單位碳交易價(jià)格將迫使企業(yè)增加運(yùn)營成本以降低實(shí)際碳排放量,那些注重碳減排的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)將從碳交易中獲得收益;碳排放配額不會(huì)對供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營產(chǎn)生影響,也不會(huì)改變供應(yīng)鏈的實(shí)際碳排放量,但較低的碳排放配額會(huì)增加企業(yè)的碳交易成本,從而增加供應(yīng)鏈的總成本。
[Abstract]:A mixed integer linear programming model is proposed to optimize the logistics network of stored supply chain in carbon trading environment. The model considers the closure or continuation of existing factories / logistics centers and adds candidate factories / logistics centers. Aiming at minimizing the total cost including supply chain operation cost and carbon transaction cost, the data generation criterion is designed, and the Cplex solution is called in Java. The validity of the model and the feasibility of solving the model are verified by numerical examples. Finally, sensitivity analysis provides some meaningful enlightenment for decision makers: higher unit carbon transaction price will force enterprises to increase operating costs. Reducing real carbon emissions, Good companies that focus on carbon emissions will benefit from carbon trading; carbon quotas will not affect the operation of the supply chain, nor will they change the actual carbon emissions of the supply chain. But lower carbon quotas would increase the cost of carbon trading, thus increasing the total cost of the supply chain.
