【摘要】：步入二十一世紀(jì),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的成就,伴隨大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),日益增多的廢棄產(chǎn)品對(duì)社會(huì)環(huán)境提出了巨大的考驗(yàn),同時(shí)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品消耗大量資源,廢棄帶來(lái)巨大的資源浪費(fèi),產(chǎn)品的回收、再利用問(wèn)題已迫在眉睫,實(shí)用、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保的方法措施研究成為熱點(diǎn)。本文深入剖析了國(guó)內(nèi)外廢舊汽車的拆解回收和拆解規(guī)劃研究現(xiàn)狀,在汽車結(jié)構(gòu)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了由于使用帶來(lái)的汽車拆解過(guò)程中的不確定性,綜合考慮產(chǎn)品部件實(shí)際不可拆卸性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性以選擇經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的拆解模式。立足于汽車拆解試驗(yàn),以桑塔納轎車為例進(jìn)行了汽車拆解回收流程分析,包括車況診斷、預(yù)處理、車身拆解、內(nèi)飾拆解、總成拆解及剪切打包等主要工序,深入分析和研究了整個(gè)拆解過(guò)程及其對(duì)于輔助信息的需求。在工藝分析的基礎(chǔ)上研究了拆解量和投資總額約束下汽車拆解模式的決策模型,為報(bào)廢汽車拆解回收投產(chǎn)方案的決策提供依據(jù)。最后,開(kāi)發(fā)了廢舊汽車拆解工藝規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)原型,系統(tǒng)能夠有效進(jìn)行拆解車間物流管理,并以可視化界面指導(dǎo)各工位操作工人的操作�；谏鲜龉ぷ�,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能效果進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析,實(shí)際驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可行性和實(shí)用性。本文設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)的廢舊汽車拆解工藝規(guī)劃系統(tǒng),為廢舊汽車拆解回收提供了一種能切實(shí)規(guī)范操作、提升運(yùn)作效率、提高整體經(jīng)濟(jì)性的方案。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements. With large-scale industrial production, the increasing number of discarded products put forward a huge test to the social environment, and the production of products consumes a lot of resources. Waste brings huge waste of resources, product recycling, reuse is imminent, practical, economic, The research on environmental protection methods and measures has become a hot spot. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of the research on the dismantling, recycling and dismantling planning of used and end-of-life vehicles at home and abroad, and based on the research of automobile structure, This paper discusses the uncertainty in the process of automobile disassembly, considering the actual non-detachability and economy of the parts of the product, so as to select the economical and effective disassembly mode, based on the test of automobile disassembly. Taking Santana car as an example, the paper analyzes the process of automobile disassembly and recovery, including vehicle condition diagnosis, pretreatment, body disassembly, interior decoration disassembly, assembly disassembly and shearing packing, etc. Based on the process analysis, the decision model of automobile dismantling mode under the constraint of dismantling quantity and total investment is studied. Finally, the prototype of the process planning system is developed, which can effectively manage the logistics of the dismantling workshop. Based on the above work, the main functional effects of the system are tested and analyzed. The feasibility and practicability of the system are verified in practice. The design and implementation of the process planning system for the dismantling and recovery of used and used vehicles in this paper provides a scheme that can effectively standardize the operation, improve the operational efficiency and improve the overall economy.
