以港口為中心的集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:甩掛運(yùn)輸作為一種先進(jìn)的運(yùn)輸組織形式,是降低物流成本、保護(hù)環(huán)境、提高物流效率的重要手段,早已為歐美等西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)所采用。目前,我國(guó)道路甩掛運(yùn)輸仍處于試點(diǎn)運(yùn)行階段,如何把傳統(tǒng)的物流理論運(yùn)用于甩掛運(yùn)輸行業(yè)成為當(dāng)前研究熱點(diǎn)。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者關(guān)于甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯看蠖嗤A粼诙糠治鲭A段,關(guān)于甩掛運(yùn)輸具體應(yīng)用方面的研究仍為少數(shù)。本文以港口的甩掛運(yùn)輸為出發(fā)點(diǎn),研究了以港口為中心的集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸調(diào)度問(wèn)題,主要做了如下工作。首先,本文針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于甩掛運(yùn)輸?shù)难芯课墨I(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并提出本文所研究問(wèn)題的出發(fā)點(diǎn)及意義。然后,本文對(duì)甩掛運(yùn)輸基礎(chǔ)理論及車(chē)輛調(diào)度基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了闡述說(shuō)明,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出以港口為中心的集裝箱甩掛運(yùn)輸進(jìn)出口作業(yè)流程,以集裝箱的移動(dòng)為主要考慮對(duì)象,將每個(gè)箱子的進(jìn)出口任務(wù)分別劃分為兩個(gè)子任務(wù),并將港口與空箱堆場(chǎng)之間的空箱調(diào)運(yùn)納入其中,共劃分出六種任務(wù)類(lèi)型,按照任務(wù)類(lèi)型對(duì)掛車(chē)的需求不同將空掛車(chē)的調(diào)運(yùn)加入模型中。通過(guò)子任務(wù)的劃分及計(jì)算,將客戶(hù)點(diǎn)取送貨的雙時(shí)間窗問(wèn)題化為簡(jiǎn)單的單時(shí)間窗問(wèn)題。最后,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種簡(jiǎn)單的禁忌搜索算法對(duì)該問(wèn)題進(jìn)行求解,并用Python軟件進(jìn)行編程,通過(guò)小型數(shù)值例實(shí)驗(yàn)及接近實(shí)際規(guī)模的中型數(shù)值例實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)驗(yàn)證算法的有效性,在算法結(jié)果分析中,通過(guò)傳統(tǒng)卡車(chē)運(yùn)輸作業(yè)模式與甩掛運(yùn)輸作業(yè)模式的對(duì)比,得出甩掛運(yùn)輸在完成相同任務(wù)量的情況下,所需要的牽引車(chē)數(shù)量更少、單車(chē)作業(yè)效率更高、時(shí)間協(xié)調(diào)性更好的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:As an advanced form of transportation organization, swing transport is an important means to reduce logistics cost, protect environment and improve logistics efficiency. It has long been adopted by western developed countries and regions, such as Europe and America, etc. At present, How to apply the traditional logistics theory to the transportation industry has become a research hotspot in China. At present, most of the domestic scholars' research on the transport of dumping and hanging has stayed at the stage of quantitative analysis. There are few researches on the specific application of hoisting transportation. In this paper, the scheduling problem of container swing and hang transportation with port as the center is studied, and the main work is as follows: first of all, In this paper, the author summarizes the domestic and foreign research documents about swing and hang transportation, and puts forward the starting point and significance of the problems studied in this paper. Then, this paper expounds the basic theory of swing and hang transportation and the basic theory of vehicle dispatching. On this basis, the port-centered container transfer import and export operation flow is put forward. Taking container movement as the main object of consideration, the import and export tasks of each container are divided into two sub-tasks. The empty container transportation between the port and the empty container yard is included, and six types of tasks are divided. According to the different demands of the task types, the empty trailers are added to the model, and the subtasks are divided and calculated. The double time window problem of customer delivery is transformed into a simple single time window problem. Finally, a simple Tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the problem, and the program is implemented with Python software. The validity of the algorithm is verified by a small numerical example experiment and a medium-sized numerical example experiment near the actual scale. In the analysis of the results of the algorithm, the comparison between the traditional truck transport operation mode and the swing and hang transport operation mode is carried out. The result shows that the number of tractor needed is less, the efficiency of bicycle operation is higher and the coordination of time is better.
