H電商平臺(tái)物流業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在電子商務(wù)市場中,B2B交易占據(jù)了絕對(duì)多數(shù)的份額。物流作為電子商務(wù)的重要組成部分,是實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)過程的重要保證和基礎(chǔ)。H電商平臺(tái)是一家創(chuàng)立于2014年的化工B2B電商,在短短兩年時(shí)間里,業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,成為行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的電商平臺(tái)。為保持優(yōu)勢(shì)與核心競爭力,公司提出了為業(yè)內(nèi)提供供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù)、構(gòu)造全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。但是現(xiàn)有的物流業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營體系與信息系統(tǒng)狀況已無法滿足迅猛發(fā)展的業(yè)務(wù)和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)對(duì)物流的需求,因此對(duì)其進(jìn)行全面的優(yōu)化對(duì)H電商平臺(tái)來說是十分必要的也具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文圍繞H電商平臺(tái)物流業(yè)務(wù)優(yōu)化及信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)展開了研究。首先對(duì)H電商平臺(tái)的背景、發(fā)展歷程、物流業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,綜合運(yùn)用流程圖分析、魚骨圖、流程診斷表等工具和方法對(duì)訂單管理、承運(yùn)商管理、運(yùn)輸執(zhí)行、客戶服務(wù)幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了分析診斷,總結(jié)并提出了現(xiàn)有物流運(yùn)營體系所存在的問題,如業(yè)務(wù)整體效率不高、處理能力有限、人工操作為主,缺乏信息系統(tǒng)支持、信息不規(guī)范、客戶服務(wù)水平不高等;然后針對(duì)所存在的問題,提出流程優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)和原則,基于對(duì)H電商平臺(tái)價(jià)值鏈的分析,采用ESIA、標(biāo)桿瞄準(zhǔn)法、AHP層次分析法、SDCA等工具和方法對(duì)現(xiàn)有物流業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn),提出優(yōu)化方案;最后以優(yōu)化改進(jìn)后的業(yè)務(wù)流程為指導(dǎo),采用信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論方法對(duì)新的物流信息系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,提出相關(guān)的功能方案,并對(duì)物流信息系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營效果進(jìn)行了跟蹤評(píng)價(jià)。本文的研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)果對(duì)于H電商平臺(tái)物流業(yè)務(wù)水平的提升起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)也對(duì)類似的企業(yè)問題有一定的借鑒意義。本文組織結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一章緒論;第二章對(duì)B2B電子商務(wù)物流相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述;第三章就H電商平臺(tái)物流業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述并對(duì)所存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析;第四章針對(duì)H電商平臺(tái)物流業(yè)務(wù)的關(guān)鍵流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;第五章對(duì)H電商平臺(tái)物流系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)進(jìn)行了介紹;最后對(duì)本文所研究的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Logistics, as an important part of electronic commerce, is the important guarantee and foundation of realizing the process of electronic commerce. H e-commerce platform is a chemical B2B e-commerce business founded in 2014. In a short period of two years, the business has developed rapidly and become the leading e-commerce platform in the industry. In order to maintain its advantages and core competitiveness, the company has offered to provide supply chain financial services to the industry. The strategic goal of constructing a new ecosystem of the whole industry chain, but the existing logistics business operation system and information system can no longer meet the needs of the rapid development of the business and strategic objectives of logistics. Therefore, it is very necessary and strategic for H ecommerce platform to carry out overall optimization. In this paper, the logistics business optimization and information system construction of H ecommerce platform are studied. First of all, the background of H ecommerce platform is discussed. The development course, the present situation of logistics business operation are introduced, and the tools and methods of order management, carrier management and transportation execution are used comprehensively, such as flow chart analysis, fish bone chart, process diagnosis table, etc. Several key business processes of customer service are analyzed and diagnosed, and the problems existing in the existing logistics operation system are summarized and put forward. For example, the overall efficiency of the business is not high, the processing capacity is limited, the manual operation is the main task, and the information system is lacking. Based on the analysis of the value chain of H ecommerce platform, the paper puts forward the goal and principle of process optimization in view of the existing problems. Adopting tools and methods such as ESIA, benchmarking method and AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and SDCA, this paper optimizes and improves the existing logistics business process, and puts forward the optimization scheme, finally, it is guided by the optimized business process. The function of the new logistics information system is planned with the relevant theory and method of information system planning, and the related function scheme is put forward. The research contents and results of this paper play a positive role in promoting the level of logistics business of H e-commerce platform. The organizational structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter summarizes the related theories of B2B e-commerce logistics. The third chapter describes the current situation of H e-commerce platform logistics business and analyzes the existing problems. Chapter 4th optimizes the key processes of H e-commerce platform logistics business. Chapter 5th introduces the planning and construction of H-commerce platform logistics system, and finally summarizes and prospects the content of this paper.
