【摘要】:電話銷(xiāo)售以其成本低、客戶輻射力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)得到快速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為不少保險(xiǎn)公司的重要銷(xiāo)售渠道,而電話銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展高度依賴電話銷(xiāo)售系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)電銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)),因此對(duì)電銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)的功能優(yōu)化及擴(kuò)展將會(huì)為安全、高效的開(kāi)展電話銷(xiāo)售業(yè)務(wù)提供強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持。根據(jù)對(duì)某中外合資保險(xiǎn)公司電銷(xiāo)業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn):電話銷(xiāo)售中心需要與其他部門(mén)協(xié)同工作,比如需財(cái)務(wù)完成扣款,需物流完成保單遞送等。在進(jìn)駐銀行的業(yè)務(wù)模式中,在銀行內(nèi)部單獨(dú)部署電銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)銀行外點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)),需要將保單導(dǎo)入壽險(xiǎn)公司自有的電銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)(自建TMS系統(tǒng)),以便完成后續(xù)遞送、扣款、同步核心系統(tǒng)承保的工作。由此可見(jiàn)對(duì)一個(gè)多層次可擴(kuò)展的銷(xiāo)售系統(tǒng)的需求極為迫切。為構(gòu)建適應(yīng)壽險(xiǎn)電銷(xiāo)業(yè)務(wù)特色的系統(tǒng),本文完成的主要工作包括:(1)為了保證系統(tǒng)在通用性、高效性以及可擴(kuò)展性等方面的要求,系統(tǒng)采用了B/S多層架構(gòu),規(guī)劃了壽險(xiǎn)電銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)框架設(shè)計(jì)、物理部署以及呼叫系統(tǒng)集成,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)功能邏輯模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)、用戶界面以及擴(kuò)展接口;(2)基于web服務(wù)技術(shù),應(yīng)用XML跨平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)交換,實(shí)現(xiàn)了壽險(xiǎn)電銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)與公司內(nèi)外系統(tǒng)對(duì)接,改進(jìn)了壽險(xiǎn)電銷(xiāo)業(yè)務(wù)工作流程,加快了從數(shù)據(jù)撥打到保單承保的時(shí)效。通過(guò)加密壓縮XML傳輸數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了銀行外點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)與自建TMS系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互,提高了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)陌踩浴⒏咝浴?3)以Framework平臺(tái)整合Ajax技術(shù)與xml技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)了交互性良好的用戶界面,基于角色控制策略為用戶定制可見(jiàn)的功能界面及數(shù)據(jù)查看權(quán)限,提高了系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用品質(zhì)及數(shù)據(jù)安全。本文設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的壽險(xiǎn)電話銷(xiāo)售系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在某中外合資企業(yè)投入使用。本系統(tǒng)完成了工作流在電銷(xiāo)中心、電銷(xiāo)總部及其他部門(mén)系統(tǒng)間的正常流轉(zhuǎn),解決了銀行外點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)的孤島問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)內(nèi)從數(shù)據(jù)入庫(kù)到保單承保的完整流程運(yùn)行,加快了承保時(shí)效,方便管理者及時(shí)查看各環(huán)節(jié)工作情況,上線來(lái)穩(wěn)定高效達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:With its advantages of low cost and strong customer radiation, telephone sales have developed rapidly and have become an important sales channel for many insurance companies. The development of telephone sales business is highly dependent on the telephone sales system (hereinafter referred to as the electric pin system), so the optimization and expansion of the function of the electric pin system will be safe, Develop telephone sales business efficiently to provide strong technical support. According to a research on the electricity sales business of a Sino-foreign joint venture insurance company, it is found that the telephone sales center needs to work in collaboration with other departments, such as the financial completion of deductions. Logistics required to complete policy delivery, etc. In the banking business model, To deploy the electric pin system within the bank separately (hereinafter referred to as the bank external point system), it is necessary to import the insurance policy into the electric pin system owned by the life insurance company (self-built TMS system) in order to complete the subsequent delivery and deduction, This shows the urgent need for a multi-level scalable sales system. The main work accomplished in this paper includes: (1) in order to ensure the requirements of generality, efficiency and expansibility of the system, the system adopts the B / S multilayer architecture, and plans the design of the life insurance electric pin system framework, physical deployment and call system integration. The system function logic module, database structure, user interface and extended interface are designed. Based on web service technology and XML cross-platform data exchange, the life insurance electric pin system is connected with the internal and external system of the company. This paper improves the working flow of life insurance electric selling business, speeds up the time limit from data dialing to policy underwriting. By encrypting and compressing the data from XML, the bank external point system and the self-built TMS system can automatically interact with each other. Improving the security of data transmission, high efficiency. 3) using Framework platform to integrate Ajax technology and xml technology to develop a good interactive user interface, based on role control strategy to customize the visible functional interface and data viewing authority for the user. The application quality and data security of the system are improved. The life insurance telephone sales system designed and implemented in this paper has been put into use in a Sino-foreign joint venture. The normal circulation between the power sales headquarters and other departments resolves the isolated island problem of the bank's external point system, realizes the complete process running from the data storage to the insurance policy, and speeds up the limitation of the insurance. Convenient managers in time to check the work of each link, online to stable and efficient to meet the design expectations.
