【摘要】：針對鐵路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品不能滿足市場差異化需求,以及物流專業(yè)化服務(wù)能力不足等問題,按照專業(yè)化發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思路,基于市場細(xì)分理論,分析鐵路物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分層次剖析目標(biāo)市場需求特性,設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)化業(yè)務(wù)體系架構(gòu),提出鐵路物流散堆裝、長大笨、包裝成件、快件運(yùn)輸、冷鏈、商品車和危險貨物等7大專業(yè)化物流業(yè)務(wù)板塊。針對散堆裝貨物提出面向全行業(yè)的"產(chǎn)運(yùn)銷"一體化專業(yè)物流服務(wù)模式,包裝成件貨物應(yīng)提升物流方案設(shè)計(jì)能力發(fā)展定制化、一體化物流服務(wù),快運(yùn)、冷鏈貨物等小批量、高品質(zhì)貨物采用"搭平臺引流上線"的發(fā)展思路,為鐵路物流專業(yè)化服務(wù)體系的設(shè)計(jì)和研究提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems that railway standardized transportation products can not meet the needs of market differentiation and insufficient specialized service capacity of logistics, according to the strategic thinking of specialization development, based on the theory of market segmentation, the paper analyzes the present situation of railway logistics development. Analyze the demand characteristics of the target market, design the specialized business system, put forward the railway logistics bulk loading, long and stupid, package into pieces, express transportation, cold chain, Seven major specialized logistics business sectors, such as commodity vehicles and dangerous goods, are proposed for bulk loading of goods. The integrated specialized logistics service mode of "production, transportation and marketing" for the whole industry should be put forward, and the logistics scheme design ability should be enhanced for packaging goods. Integrated logistics service, express transportation, cold chain cargo and other small batch, high quality goods adopt the development idea of "take the platform to drain the line", which provides the reference for the design and research of the railway logistics specialized service system.
