【摘要】：世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)膨脹式發(fā)展,使得社會(huì)整體環(huán)境與全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境都發(fā)生著日新月異的變化。而大環(huán)境的變化帶來的是人們需求的不斷變化,帶來的是人們對(duì)于服務(wù)質(zhì)量的不斷提升的要求。人們需求的不斷提高對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生了新的挑戰(zhàn),如何提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)行效率、如何最大限度的滿足消費(fèi)者的需求成為了企業(yè)所尋求的新的提升點(diǎn)。物流作為人類生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中極度重要的一環(huán),物流活動(dòng)通過對(duì)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)制造流程中涉及到的各類物資包括生產(chǎn)資料,中間商品和在整個(gè)流程中產(chǎn)生并傳遞的信息等的控制,將整個(gè)流程的最終產(chǎn)品傳送到客戶,也就是整個(gè)活動(dòng)的價(jià)值提供者手中的一個(gè)過程,并在這個(gè)過程中有效的解決生產(chǎn)企業(yè)所要解決的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)其發(fā)展目標(biāo)等。所以,在成熟的高速率的社會(huì)環(huán)境中,一個(gè)高效的物流過程給消費(fèi)者帶來的滿意度是非常大的,要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一點(diǎn),就得對(duì)企業(yè)物資供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行高效的優(yōu)化和提升。北京市城市照明管理中心(Beijing Municipal Lighting Management Center)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“照明管理中心”)是北京市市政市容管理委員會(huì)下屬的一個(gè)事業(yè)單位,作為一個(gè)關(guān)系到北京市城市形象的一個(gè)重要的視野單位的部門,政府部門對(duì)照明管理中心是實(shí)行企業(yè)化管理的,對(duì)于北京市內(nèi)的照明工程負(fù)責(zé),具體來講包括市場(chǎng)各個(gè)級(jí)別的道路周邊的照明工程的從前期立項(xiàng),中期施工,后期運(yùn)維,乃至突發(fā)事件管理,特別是其中涉及到的相關(guān)物資的儲(chǔ)備與管理,這也包括隸屬于北京市的10個(gè)郊區(qū)的照明工程的相關(guān)工作。本文即以北京市城市照明管理中心為實(shí)例,通過對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、采購流程理論以及供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)理論的總結(jié)和分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的基于供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的采購優(yōu)化模型和供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)模型,以及通過對(duì)北京市城市照明管理中心的現(xiàn)狀問題的分析,對(duì)北京市城市照明管理中心物資管理方式提供一些優(yōu)化建議,以期使企業(yè)管理觀念有一個(gè)大的轉(zhuǎn)變,使企業(yè)物資供應(yīng)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作效率有一個(gè)大的提升。
[Abstract]:The worldwide economic expansion has made the overall social environment and the global economic environment change with each passing day. And the changes in the general environment have brought about constant changes in people's needs. The continuous improvement of people's demand brings new challenges to enterprises, how to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. How to meet the needs of consumers to the maximum extent has become a new promotion point sought by enterprises. Logistics is an extremely important part of human production and operation. Logistics activities transfer the final product of the whole process to the customer by controlling all kinds of materials involved in the whole production and manufacturing process, including the means of production, intermediate commodities and information generated and transmitted throughout the process. That is, a process in the hands of the value provider of the entire activity, and in the process of effectively solving the problems that the manufacturing enterprise has to solve, realizing its development goals, etc. Therefore, in the mature and high rate social environment, A highly efficient logistics process brings great satisfaction to consumers. To achieve this, Beijing Municipal Lighting Management center is a subsidiary of Beijing municipal appearance management committee. Of a public institution, As a department of an important visual field unit related to the image of the city of Beijing, government departments are responsible for the lighting project in Beijing, which is managed as an enterprise for the lighting management center. Specifically, it includes the pre-construction project, the medium-term construction, the later stage operation and maintenance, and even the emergency management, especially the storage and management of the related materials involved in the lighting projects around the road at all levels of the market. This also includes the related work of lighting engineering in 10 suburbs of Beijing. This paper takes the Beijing City Lighting Management Center as an example, through the supply chain management theory, The summary and analysis of procurement process theory and supplier selection evaluation theory, combined with the existing procurement optimization model based on supply chain management theory and supplier selection evaluation model, And through the analysis of the current situation of Beijing City Lighting Management Center, this paper provides some optimized suggestions for the material management mode of Beijing City Lighting Management Center, in order to make a big change in the concept of enterprise management. Make enterprise material supply system operation efficiency has a big improvement.
