【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著快遞公司業(yè)務(wù)量大幅增長(zhǎng),國(guó)內(nèi)快遞行業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈來(lái)愈激烈,建立科學(xué)合理的現(xiàn)代物流集散中心是快遞企業(yè)保持核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。然而,目前各快遞企業(yè)在物流集散中心建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在著項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃不足、功能定位不夠明確、人員分工不夠明確、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理執(zhí)行力度不夠強(qiáng)、缺少項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的協(xié)調(diào)控制能力等問(wèn)題。因此,筆者結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),遵循項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理理論,通過(guò)對(duì)E公司華南中心物流集散項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制方面進(jìn)行案例研究,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,為類似項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理提供參考依據(jù)。本文首先對(duì)該選題背景、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)行綜述,介紹本文的研究方法和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。其次,結(jié)合E公司華南物流集散中心項(xiàng)目的具體案例,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)E公司物流集散項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理過(guò)程中存在問(wèn)題及基本改進(jìn)思路,運(yùn)用計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)(PERT)和關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)法(CCPM)相結(jié)合的進(jìn)度管理模型,對(duì)E公司華南物流集散中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理提出了改進(jìn)的方法,對(duì)原來(lái)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化調(diào)整。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的優(yōu)化,取得了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。最后,為了保證優(yōu)化后的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制能有效落地,制定了相應(yīng)的實(shí)施保障,在項(xiàng)目開(kāi)始前、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行中、項(xiàng)目完成后的各個(gè)階段對(duì)E公司華南物流集散中心項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度控制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with the courier business volume increased significantly, between the domestic express industry increasingly fierce competition, the establishment of a modern logistics center of scientific and reasonable is the key factor to express the core competitiveness of enterprises to maintain. However, at present, the courier companies in the process of building a logistics center in the project planning, the function of positioning is not clear enough, division of labor is not clear, the project schedule management enforcement is not strong, lack of coordination and control capacity of the project progress and other issues. Therefore, the author unifies own work experience, follow the progress of the project management theory, through the case Study on the plan and control of the project in Southern China logistics center of E company, theory and practice, to provide reference for schedule management of similar projects. Firstly, the background, significance, research at home and abroad are reviewed, the research described in this paper The main research contents and methods. Secondly, combined with the specific case of Southern China logistics center project of E company, the application of construction project management are analyzed, through the project logistics company E project schedule, analyze the situation of the implementation of the project, found the problem and the basic ideas to improve the project management process, using the program technical review (PERT) and the critical chain method (CCPM) schedule management model combined with the improved method of E company of Southern China logistics center construction project schedule management is put forward on the project schedule, the original plan was optimized. Through the optimization of project progress, and achieved certain economic benefits finally. And in order to ensure the project schedule optimization can effectively landing, to develop the implementation of the security, prior to the start of the project in the project, each order after the completion of the project The section carries on the progress control to the Southern China logistics distribution center project of the E company.
