【摘要】：隨著會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展日益國(guó)際化,會(huì)展物流作為會(huì)展業(yè)的支持性行業(yè),越來越受到會(huì)展主辦方的重視。我國(guó)會(huì)展物流的發(fā)展長(zhǎng)期滯后于會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展,其原因有許多方面,信息技術(shù)尚未有效的運(yùn)用到會(huì)展物流操作流程中是主要原因之一。這也導(dǎo)致我國(guó)會(huì)展物流企業(yè)與外資物流企業(yè)在服務(wù)上相差甚遠(yuǎn)。本文通過引入供應(yīng)鏈及信息生態(tài)鏈理論分析圖博會(huì)物流的現(xiàn)狀及問題,說明在實(shí)際工作中由于信息技術(shù)的缺失,導(dǎo)致會(huì)展物流效率低下,物流成本增加的實(shí)際問題。文章主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和案例分析法。通過對(duì)圖博會(huì)物流的現(xiàn)狀分析,得出了圖博會(huì)物流運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)不足的結(jié)論。引入供應(yīng)鏈理論分析圖博會(huì)物流各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)際操作流程,明確信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用于圖博會(huì)各環(huán)節(jié)的可能性。根據(jù)圖博會(huì)物流的發(fā)展過程,詳細(xì)的闡述了射頻技術(shù)有益于會(huì)展物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),EDI技術(shù)有助于圖博會(huì)物流各方信息傳遞以及進(jìn)口通關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)的流程優(yōu)化,最后基于信息生態(tài)鏈理論分析了圖博會(huì)展物流信息系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建與優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the development of exhibition industry becoming more and more international, exhibition logistics, as the supporting industry of exhibition industry, is paid more and more attention by exhibition organizers. The development of exhibition logistics in China has lagged behind the development of exhibition industry for a long time. There are many reasons for this. It is one of the main reasons that the information technology has not been effectively applied to the operation process of mice logistics. This also leads to the great difference between the exhibition logistics enterprises in our country and the foreign logistics enterprises in the service. This paper introduces the supply chain and information technology. State chain theory analysis of the current situation and problems of Tupo logistics. Show that in the actual work due to the lack of information technology, resulting in the exhibition logistics efficiency is low. The article mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method. Draw the conclusion of insufficient use of information technology in Tupo logistics. Introduce the supply chain theory to analyze the actual operation flow of each link of Tupo logistics. According to the development process of Tupo logistics, the paper expounds in detail that RF technology is beneficial to the storage link of exhibition logistics. EDI technology is helpful to optimize the information transmission of all parties and the process of import customs clearance. Finally, based on the theory of information ecological chain, the paper analyzes the construction and optimization of Tubo exhibition logistics information system.
