【摘要】:電力是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),持續(xù)、優(yōu)質(zhì)的電能服務(wù)是地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和居民正常生活的前提。發(fā)電企業(yè)作為電力的源頭,如何長期、高效地發(fā)展不僅關(guān)系到國家經(jīng)濟(jì)也關(guān)系到企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。發(fā)電企業(yè)必須讓整個電力系統(tǒng)高效率的運(yùn)作,過去傳統(tǒng)的管理模式及方法已很難適用于電力企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要。尤其在信息化爆炸所衍生的大數(shù)據(jù)時代,中國政府愈來愈重視各行各業(yè)的信息化技術(shù)應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,國家總理李克強(qiáng)在政府工作報告中首次提出,“制定‘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+’行動計劃,推動移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等與現(xiàn)代企業(yè)結(jié)合,促進(jìn)電子商務(wù)、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融健康發(fā)展”。企業(yè)如何借助“私有云”在市場競爭中立于不敗之地,則提高信息化管理水平是企業(yè)目前迫切的需求。為提高發(fā)電企業(yè)的競爭力,保證電力系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行,需要對電力設(shè)備以及維持設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行的物資進(jìn)行高效可靠的管理。本文以馬蓮臺電廠物資管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)為例,在闡述電力企業(yè)物資管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過到各部門進(jìn)行需求調(diào)研,系統(tǒng)性的分析了電力生產(chǎn)物資管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成、業(yè)務(wù)流程、邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、軟硬件環(huán)境,選擇了基于B/S模式下的軟件開發(fā)模式、Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)、基于Java平臺的Hibernate、Struts、Spring、XFire以及OSWorkflow的程序架構(gòu)和XML技術(shù)及業(yè)務(wù)流技術(shù),構(gòu)建了物資管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行平臺架構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了物資管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)存儲平臺與系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,數(shù)據(jù)存儲設(shè)計基于關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫,并進(jìn)一步規(guī)劃了物資系統(tǒng)的各子模塊及數(shù)據(jù)模型。在基于實(shí)時掌握市場動態(tài)、降低庫存、節(jié)約成本等條件下,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了概要與詳細(xì)設(shè)計工作,并設(shè)計完成了基礎(chǔ)信息維護(hù)、物資計劃管理、物資入庫管理、物資出庫管理、物資盤點(diǎn)管理六大模塊。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計完成后,經(jīng)過代碼開發(fā)、流程測試、業(yè)務(wù)測試、系統(tǒng)完善、上線測試等過程,現(xiàn)已投入運(yùn)行,從而有效的加快了馬蓮臺發(fā)電廠物資管理信息化的進(jìn)程,同時提高了企業(yè)的物流速度、縮短了物資周轉(zhuǎn)時間、減少了庫存積壓,提高了企業(yè)的效益。
[Abstract]:Electric power is the basic industry of national economy. Sustainable and high quality electric energy service is the premise of local economic development and residents' normal life. Power generation enterprises as the source of electricity, how to long-term. Efficient development is not only related to the national economy but also to the development of the enterprise itself. Power generation enterprises must let the entire power system operate efficiently. In the past, the traditional management models and methods have been difficult to meet the needs of electric power enterprises, especially in the big data era derived from the explosion of information technology. The Chinese government is paying more and more attention to the application and development of information technology in various industries. Premier Li Keqiang put forward for the first time in his government work report, "formulate an action plan for the 'Internet' and promote the mobile Internet." Cloud computing, big data, the Internet of things and other modern enterprises to promote the healthy development of e-commerce, industrial Internet and Internet of finance. "how to use the" private cloud "in the market competition in an invincible position. To improve the level of information management is the urgent need of enterprises. In order to improve the competitiveness of power generation enterprises, to ensure the production and operation of the power system. It is necessary to efficiently and reliably manage the power equipment and the materials which maintain the safe operation of the equipment. This paper takes the construction of the material management system of the Malintai Power Plant as an example. On the basis of expounding the current situation of the material management system of electric power enterprises, the paper systematically analyzes the composition, business process and logical structure of the power production material management system by conducting demand investigation in various departments. The network structure, hardware and software environment, software development mode based on B / S mode, Oracle database technology, Java platform based hibernate struts. Spring XFire, OSWorkflow program architecture, XML technology and business flow technology, build the material management system running platform architecture. On this basis, the data storage platform and system design of material management system are constructed, and the data storage design is based on relational database. The sub-modules and data models of the material system are further planned. Based on the real-time understanding of the market dynamics, reducing inventory and saving costs, the system is outlined and detailed design work is carried out. And completed the basic information maintenance, material planning management, material storage management, material out of storage management, material inventory management six modules. After the completion of the system design, code development, process testing, business testing. System improvement, on-line testing and other processes, has been put into operation, thus effectively speeding up the process of material management information in Malintai power plant, at the same time, improve the logistics speed of enterprises, and shorten the material turnover time. Reduce the stock backlog, improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
