基于配送BOM的裝配線準時化物料配送優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:針對目前多品種、小批量的生產(chǎn)模式,制造企業(yè)更多的是在尋求一種能夠有效地提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本的方式,而精益生產(chǎn)管理方法正是解決該問題的重要手段。從制造企業(yè)來看,提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本的主要方向需要從整個生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)及物流系統(tǒng)入手。想要提高生產(chǎn)效率,首先必須解決物流系統(tǒng)的相關問題,使物流配送做到準時化(Just-in-time,JIT),即在正確的時間將正確數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品送到正確的位置。目前企業(yè)大多根據(jù)制造物料清單(Bill of materials,BOM)的信息進行線旁物料的管理及配送,而制造BOM對物流人員來說不是那么直觀,會影響揀貨速度、物料配送效率等問題,針對這些問題,有學者提出了配送BOM的管理方式,本文應用配送BOM進行物料的揀選,并將物料以存儲標準箱的形式在預定的配送時間窗內(nèi)進行準時化配送,達到了減少配送距離及降低成本的效果。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)分析W汽車后橋裝配線的加工工藝流程及物料清單等基礎數(shù)據(jù),針對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式及物料拉動模式對不同產(chǎn)品建立相應的物料配送BOM,得到各工位不同生產(chǎn)周期的物料需求信息。(2)分析配送BOM中線邊物料的尺寸、大小、重量等信息,對物料進行分類,針對企業(yè)目前物料存儲設備種類多而雜的問題,提出根據(jù)物料種類的不同對中小尺寸物料存儲設備采用統(tǒng)一標準箱的形式,大件物料采用存儲周轉(zhuǎn)車的形式,并對部分物料周轉(zhuǎn)車提出改進方案,以此解決物料存儲設備的繁雜問題,從而確保物料存儲及配送的準確性,并為后續(xù)車輛路徑的優(yōu)化研究奠定基礎。(3)針對企業(yè)配送成本高等問題,考慮車輛承載量和配送時間窗等約束條件,建立以配送總成本最小化為目標的數(shù)學模型,運用遺傳算法對問題進行求解。并將其運用于后橋裝配A線物流配送系統(tǒng)的分析,在保證配送總量不變的條件下,使得配送總成本減少了11.7%,驗證了本文提出的準時化物料配送優(yōu)化方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:At present, many varieties, small batch production, more manufacturing companies are seeking a can effectively improve production efficiency, reduce cost, and lean production management methods is an important means to solve the problem. From the view of manufacturing enterprises, improve production efficiency, reduce the cost of the need to start from the main direction the whole production system and logistics system. To improve the production efficiency, we must first solve the related problems of the logistics system, the logistics distribution to achieve JIT (Just-in-time, JIT), which is at the right time to the right amount of the product to the correct position. At present, most enterprises according to manufacturing BOM (Bill of materials, BOM) and management the distribution of information line materials, manufacturing and logistics personnel of BOM is not so intuitive, will affect the picking speed, the problem of material delivery efficiency, in order to solve these problems, study The distribution of BOM management, the application of BOM distribution for material selection, and the material stored in the standard box in the form of distribution within a predetermined time window of JIT delivery, reduce the distribution distance and the effect of reducing cost. The main contents are as follows: (1) processing and material list the basic data analysis of W automobile rear axle assembly line, according to the enterprise production and material pulling model of material delivery BOM corresponding to different products, each station different production cycle of the material demand information. (2) the size, material delivery BOM line side analysis, weight and other information, the classification of materials. According to the enterprise present material storage equipment types and miscellaneous problems, according to the different types of material for small and medium size material storage device adopts the standard box in the form of a material with large storage The turnover in the form, and put forward the improvement scheme on the part of the material flow, in order to solve the complex problems of material storage equipment, so as to ensure the accuracy of material storage and distribution, and lay the foundation for the optimization of the subsequent vehicle path. (3) aiming at the problem of high cost of distribution enterprises, vehicles carrying capacity and delivery time window constraints considering the mathematical model is established to minimize the total distribution cost as the goal, the use of genetic algorithm to solve the problem. And apply it to the A line after the logistics distribution system of assembly bridge analysis, to ensure the total distribution does not change, the total distribution cost is reduced by 11.7%, to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme on time the material distribution is proposed in this paper.
