【摘要】:在汽車市場競爭日益激烈的今天,為滿足客戶多樣性的需求,各個企業(yè)紛紛探索新的生產(chǎn)模式,OTD(Order-To-Delivery,訂單到交付)是近年來在汽車行業(yè)中伴隨精益思想出現(xiàn)的,其旨在打破“庫存+計劃推動”的舊生產(chǎn)模式,建立“訂單/定單拉動”的新生產(chǎn)模式。在這種生產(chǎn)方式下,OTD周期、流程及信息系統(tǒng)的研究,對于BTO模式(Build-To-Order,訂單拉動)的建立,實現(xiàn)客戶產(chǎn)品的及時交付,支撐汽車企業(yè)和經(jīng)銷商的利潤訴求,實現(xiàn)多方共贏有著重要的意義。同時,當(dāng)今社會信息技術(shù)快速發(fā)展,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的興起,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的廣泛應(yīng)用,為現(xiàn)代汽車企業(yè)管理和運作帶來了新的變革,汽車OTD移動商務(wù)應(yīng)用將成為傳統(tǒng)汽車企業(yè)擁抱互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的一個必然趨勢。本文在國內(nèi)外訂單拉動模式、移動商務(wù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對國內(nèi)汽車企業(yè)的實際調(diào)研,運用理論模型和實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,研究了訂單拉動模式下的OTD周期、流程及信息系統(tǒng)相關(guān)問題。本文首先從傳統(tǒng)庫存生產(chǎn)模式的缺陷問題出發(fā),提出汽車企業(yè)按訂單生產(chǎn)的戰(zhàn)略選擇是國內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)的重要發(fā)展趨勢。但建立訂單拉動模式關(guān)鍵是解決訂單到交付時間過長問題,通過對OTD流程環(huán)節(jié)和時間進行分析,找出時間過長環(huán)節(jié),提出以流程優(yōu)化為核心的時間優(yōu)化需求,流程的優(yōu)化必須構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng),結(jié)合目前移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、4G等發(fā)展背景,提出汽車企業(yè)對系統(tǒng)集成的需求,以及不同業(yè)務(wù)主體的移動服務(wù)需求。其次,通過對原有OTD流程和職責(zé)歸屬進行合理的梳理,遵循全局優(yōu)化的觀念,從銷售預(yù)測管理、訂單管理、生產(chǎn)計劃、排產(chǎn)和執(zhí)行管理、采購與入廠物流管理、整車物流管理幾個環(huán)節(jié),重構(gòu)訂單拉動模式下的訂單到交付流程,實現(xiàn)內(nèi)部流程的優(yōu)化,縮短訂單到交付的時間。然后,從運作層面,針對流程環(huán)節(jié)中訂單管理和整車物流環(huán)節(jié)的時間過長問題,建立訂單拉動模式下OTD時間壓縮模型,并設(shè)計算法和算例予以求解和驗證。再次,采用SOA(面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu))的思想、理念和技術(shù),在考慮訂單拉動模式下汽車企業(yè)對OTD平臺需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提出,構(gòu)建汽車OTD平臺的系統(tǒng)集成框架,整合汽車原有的信息系統(tǒng)資源,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)模塊,并構(gòu)建基于移動中間件i MC開發(fā)的移動辦公子系統(tǒng)框架,支撐汽車訂單拉動的整體戰(zhàn)略。最后,以親身參與的CA公司OTD項目為例,探討其實施OTD平臺項目的規(guī)劃、步驟及流程,以及后期取得的效益,使得本文在汽車制造業(yè)推廣OTD具有較強的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the automobile market, in order to meet the needs of customers' diversity, various enterprises have explored new production modes, such as OTDU / Order-To-Delivery (Order-To-Delivery). Establish a new production model of "order / order pull". Under this mode of production, research on BTO cycle, process and information system, for BTO mode, build-To-Order. The establishment of "order pull"), the timely delivery of customer products, the support of automotive enterprises and dealers of the profit demand, the realization of win-win situation is of great significance. The rise of "Internet" and the wide application of mobile Internet have brought new changes to the management and operation of modern automobile enterprises. Automotive OTD mobile commerce application will become an inevitable trend for traditional automobile enterprises to embrace the Internet. This paper is based on the domestic and foreign order pull model, mobile commerce research. Through the actual investigation of domestic automobile enterprises, using the method of theoretical model and empirical analysis, this paper studies the OTD cycle under the order pull mode. Process and information system related problems. Firstly, this paper starts from the defects of the traditional inventory production mode. It is an important development trend of domestic automobile industry to choose the strategy of production according to order, but the key to establish order pull mode is to solve the problem of long order to delivery time. Using SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) idea, concept and technology, on the basis of considering the demand of OTD platform in the order pull mode, the paper puts forward. Build the system integration framework of automobile OTD platform, integrate the original automobile information system resources, design the system module, and build the mobile office subsystem framework based on mobile middleware I MC. Finally, taking the OTD project of CA Company as an example, the planning, steps and process of implementing the OTD platform project, as well as the benefits obtained in the later period are discussed.
