【摘要】：上海市現(xiàn)金實(shí)物流通的安全管理是穩(wěn)定上海金融市場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)性工作,盡管電子支付、票據(jù)支付已經(jīng)是市場(chǎng)貨幣支付的主要手段。但仍然離不開現(xiàn)金實(shí)物的支付方式,隨著上海市經(jīng)濟(jì)總量的不斷增加,上海的現(xiàn)金需求也在不斷增長(zhǎng)。人民銀行上�？偛繉�(duì)上�，F(xiàn)金實(shí)物的流通管理方式已經(jīng)不能滿足發(fā)展需要,亟需開發(fā)一套符合市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)金實(shí)物流跟蹤通管理系統(tǒng),來(lái)提高流通效率,減少安全隱患。也是提高商業(yè)銀行代理庫(kù)現(xiàn)金投放與回籠的有效手段,本論文闡述了上海市現(xiàn)金實(shí)物流跟蹤管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)采用了RFID無(wú)線射頻技術(shù),使用了JAVA軟件作為開發(fā)程序。上海市現(xiàn)金實(shí)物流跟蹤管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),分為功能需求和非功能需求設(shè)計(jì)。功能需求就是現(xiàn)金實(shí)物物流跟蹤管理系統(tǒng),通過(guò)城市金融網(wǎng)將上海13家代理庫(kù)服務(wù)器和人民銀行上海分庫(kù)服務(wù)器(數(shù)據(jù)處理中心)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)連通,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換；非功能需求就是基于RFID技術(shù)的封簽及封簽讀寫設(shè)備,用于數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳輸、比較和存儲(chǔ)。這兩部分共同組成了上海市現(xiàn)金實(shí)物流跟蹤管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)分為系統(tǒng)管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理、調(diào)撥出入庫(kù)管理、零解現(xiàn)管理、投放回籠管理、鈔票處理中心、立體庫(kù)和平庫(kù)互轉(zhuǎn)、庫(kù)存管理等八大模塊。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了人民銀行發(fā)行庫(kù)與商業(yè)銀行代理庫(kù)調(diào)撥入庫(kù)(出庫(kù))、代理庫(kù)與代理庫(kù)、人民銀行發(fā)行庫(kù)與鈔票處理中心之間現(xiàn)金實(shí)物的全流程跟蹤管理。目前,本系統(tǒng)正在人民銀行上�？偛考吧虾�13家商業(yè)銀行代理庫(kù)運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The safe management of cash circulation in Shanghai is the basic work to stabilize the Shanghai financial market, despite electronic payment. Bill payment has been the main means of market currency payment, but still can not do without cash payment, with the increase of the total economic volume of Shanghai. The cash demand in Shanghai is also increasing. The cash circulation management mode of the Shanghai headquarters of the people's Bank of China can no longer meet the needs of development. It is urgent to develop a cash physical flow tracking and communication management system in line with the development of the market to improve the circulation efficiency and reduce security risks. It is also an effective means to improve the cash delivery and return of commercial banks. This paper describes the design and implementation of Shanghai cash physical flow tracking management system. The system adopts RFID wireless radio frequency technology. The design of Shanghai cash physical flow tracking management system is divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements design. Functional requirements is the cash physical logistics tracking management system. The 13 proxy servers in Shanghai and the Shanghai sub-database server (data processing center) of the people's Bank of China are connected to each other through the city financial network to exchange data. Non-functional requirements are based on the RFID technology of seal, seal, read and write equipment for data acquisition, transmission. This system is divided into system management, basic information management, allocation management, zero solution management, and return management. The system realizes the transfer of the issuing bank of the people's Bank of China and the agent library of the commercial bank into the bank bank. At present, the system is running in the Shanghai headquarters of the people's Bank of China and the agent storehouse of 13 commercial banks in Shanghai.
