【摘要】：ERP是Enterprise Resource Planning (企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃)的簡稱,它能夠把公司中的三大流,即物流、資金流、信息流進(jìn)行全方位一體化的控制。通過計(jì)算機(jī)將企業(yè)所有資源進(jìn)行集成化管理,將企業(yè)的采購、庫存、生產(chǎn)、銷售、財(cái)務(wù)等資源進(jìn)行合理規(guī)劃,最終使企業(yè)管理由粗放型向著精細(xì)型轉(zhuǎn)變。從而不斷提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新性和決策的科學(xué)性,促進(jìn)企業(yè)制度建設(shè)的不斷完善,達(dá)到適應(yīng)公司的發(fā)展的目的。企業(yè)走信息化與工業(yè)化相融合的道路,達(dá)到資源的最優(yōu)配置。本課題主要對(duì)遷安三元食品有限公司的ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的論述,達(dá)到以ERP為工具用于解決該企業(yè)面對(duì)外部激烈的競爭和內(nèi)部控制的問題。同時(shí)還能夠?qū)ζ渌橹破菲髽I(yè)實(shí)施ERP起到借鑒作用。本文在介紹ERP相關(guān)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合乳制品行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),分析了該企業(yè)對(duì)EPR系統(tǒng)的需求,包括總體需求、各分銷系統(tǒng)的具體需求、系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況與測試等。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了系統(tǒng)技術(shù)架構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)功能架構(gòu),同時(shí)詳細(xì)闡述了分銷系統(tǒng)中各功能模塊的流程設(shè)計(jì)以及設(shè)置。最后對(duì)遷安三元食品有限公司實(shí)施情況和效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,以此來證明ERP給公司帶來的價(jià)值。目前,該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施已經(jīng)達(dá)到了企業(yè)的預(yù)期效果。在2014年12月,企業(yè)內(nèi)部各部門開始在正式環(huán)境中進(jìn)行操作。ERP的順利實(shí)施有效的保證了企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性、完整性和及時(shí)性,為企業(yè)決策層提供了更有價(jià)值的參考數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:ERP is Enterprise Resource Planning (Enterprise Resource Planning) for short, it can put three big companies in the flow, logistics, capital flow, control the whole flow of information through the computer. The integrated management of all resources of the enterprise, the enterprise procurement, inventory, production, sales, reasonable financial planning other resources, eventually make the enterprise from extensive management to intensive change. So as to improve the scientific innovation and decision-making, promote the construction of enterprise system constantly improve, to adapt to the development of the company. The purpose of enterprise of integration of informatization and industrialization of the road, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources is the main task. The ERP project of Qian Ansan Yuan Food Co., the implementation of the discussion, to use ERP as a tool for solving the enterprise in the face of external competition and internal control problems. At the same time also can ERP to learn to play the role of the implementation of other dairy enterprises. Combining with the characteristics of the dairy industry based on the introduction of ERP technology, analyzes the demand for enterprise EPR system, including the overall demand for the specific needs of each distribution system, detailed design and system implementation and testing. Based on the demand on the analysis, introduces the function of the system architecture and system architecture, and expounds the various functional modules in the distribution system, and the design process is set. At the end of three Qian'an Food Co., the implementation and effect evaluation, in order to prove that ERP bring value to the company. At present, the implementation of the project has been reached the expected effect of the enterprise. In December 2014, the various departments within the enterprise to operate in the formal implementation of.ERP in the environment to effectively guarantee the accuracy of enterprise data integrity. And timeliness provides more valuable reference data for the enterprise decision layer.
