【摘要】：“民以食為天,食以糧為先”,糧食是人類生存的第一要素,首先與人的生命與健康密切相關(guān),更關(guān)系著國(guó)家的發(fā)展和長(zhǎng)治永安,居國(guó)家生存與安全三大支柱之首,其重要性遠(yuǎn)在軍事、能源之上,是事關(guān)民眾、事關(guān)國(guó)家的天下大事。中國(guó)從古至今都是一個(gè)人口大國(guó),也就決定著中國(guó)也必然是一個(gè)糧食生產(chǎn)大國(guó)。從古至今每次朝代的更迭無(wú)一不是糧食的缺乏導(dǎo)致的,因此歷朝歷代的執(zhí)政者都把糧食生產(chǎn)擺在首要地位。故有古人云：“五谷者,萬(wàn)民之命,國(guó)之重寶”。中國(guó)一方面是糧食生產(chǎn)大國(guó),另一方面由于人口眾多,又是一個(gè)糧食消費(fèi)大國(guó)。糧食安全能否得到有效保障,決定了國(guó)家能否長(zhǎng)治久安,經(jīng)濟(jì)能否持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,快速發(fā)展糧食物流行業(yè)成為保障地方糧食安全的最有效措施之一。而從我國(guó)糧食物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,距離國(guó)際先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)代化糧食物流差距仍然不小。因此,大力發(fā)展糧食物流業(yè)勢(shì)在必行。本文就是在這樣的背景下,在充分了解國(guó)內(nèi)外目前糧食物流行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合鄂爾多斯市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及糧食生產(chǎn)、消費(fèi)實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)鄂爾多斯市糧食物流中心的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展環(huán)境、內(nèi)部條件及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行全面、典型的分析,其中運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的研究,最終落腳到鄂爾多斯市糧食物流中心的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位及實(shí)現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略所需要采取的措施上。通過(guò)明確鄂爾多斯市糧食物流中心的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)真正走向市場(chǎng),發(fā)展壯大,逐步成為自主經(jīng)營(yíng)、持續(xù)發(fā)展的中國(guó)西部糧食行業(yè)領(lǐng)跑者。

With the development of economy, the rapid development of grain logistics industry has become one of the most effective measures to protect local food security. From the current development status of grain logistics in China, from the international advanced modern grain logistics gap is still not small. Therefore, vigorously develop the grain logistics industry is imperative in this paper. In this context, in the full understanding of the domestic and foreign present grain logistics industry structure, based on the present situation and development trend, combined with economic development and food production Erdos City, the actual situation of consumption, for the development of the current situation, Ordos grain logistics center development environment, internal conditions and problems of comprehensive, typical analysis, including this paper uses SWOT analysis method of scientific research, eventually settled into the development strategy of Erdos grain logistics center location and realize this First, we need to take measures for the strategy. We should clarify the development strategy of the grain logistics center of Ordos City, in order to achieve the real market development and growth of enterprises, and gradually become a leader in the Western China's grain industry.
