【摘要】：隨著天然氣行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,重慶市城鎮(zhèn)燃?xì)饨?jīng)營市場的競爭環(huán)境也越來越激烈,而重燃集團(tuán)在發(fā)展過程中由于現(xiàn)有物料倉儲點(diǎn)空間布局不合理和企業(yè)內(nèi)部缺乏有效的物流、信息管理,造成了企業(yè)經(jīng)營效率低下、倉儲管理和運(yùn)行成本居高不下等問題,為改善和解決這些存在的問題,本文進(jìn)行了深入的優(yōu)化研究。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)在倉儲、物流領(lǐng)域的先進(jìn)管理思想、方法和取得的成績,簡要分析了這些管理方法對重燃集團(tuán)的借鑒作用。然后從組織機(jī)構(gòu)、布局規(guī)劃、倉儲管理、物流管理和信息管理五個方面,對重燃集團(tuán)在倉儲規(guī)劃與管理中產(chǎn)生的問題產(chǎn)生作了系統(tǒng)性的闡述和分析。接著,本文通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法和定量研究法,不僅有針對性地對重燃集團(tuán)倉儲規(guī)劃和倉儲管理展開了優(yōu)化研究,還著重提出了在不同市場情況下的倉儲布局規(guī)劃選址優(yōu)化方案。并從重燃集團(tuán)實(shí)際經(jīng)營活動出發(fā),對優(yōu)化方案成果做出了預(yù)期分析。本文為天然氣企業(yè)的倉儲規(guī)劃和管理的分析和優(yōu)化研究提供了一個實(shí)例,對同行業(yè)企業(yè)中也能提供一定的參考和借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of natural gas industry and the acceleration of urbanization, the competitive environment of Chongqing urban gas market is becoming more and more fierce. In the development process of the reburning group, due to the unreasonable layout of the existing material storage points and the lack of effective logistics and information management within the enterprise, the management efficiency of the enterprise is low. In order to improve and solve these problems, this paper carries on the thorough optimization research. Firstly, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign enterprises in the warehousing. The advanced management ideas, methods and achievements in the field of logistics, briefly analyzed the use of these management methods for the reburning group. Then from the organization, layout planning, warehousing management. Logistics management and information management five aspects, the reburning group in the storage planning and management of the problems produced by a systematic elaboration and analysis. Then, this paper through the use of literature analysis and quantitative research method. Not only focused on the reburning group storage planning and storage management optimization research. This paper also puts forward the optimization scheme of storage layout planning and location selection under different market conditions, and proceeds from the actual business activities of the reburning group. This paper provides an example for the analysis and optimization of the storage planning and management of natural gas enterprises, and provides a certain reference and reference value for the enterprises in the same industry.
