基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的Z企業(yè)精益生產(chǎn)物流研究

【摘要】:電冰箱生產(chǎn)車間作為電冰箱整個(gè)價(jià)值鏈至關(guān)重要的一環(huán),生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作效率又對(duì)電冰箱生產(chǎn)車間的作業(yè)效率具有至關(guān)重要的影響。因此,首先本文從案例Z企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)效率低下和生產(chǎn)成本過(guò)高的實(shí)際問(wèn)題出發(fā),分析了Z企業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式和布局混亂,在制品庫(kù)存過(guò)高,信息系統(tǒng)效率低下等核心問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題的優(yōu)化分別采用了精益物流思想,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),TOC約束理論等理論與技術(shù)整合企業(yè)資源,平衡生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍,實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)智能化生產(chǎn),增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然后,圍繞Z企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流中的核心問(wèn)題,論文從生產(chǎn)布局、生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍、物流信息化建設(shè)和系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入研究,重點(diǎn)研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1.針對(duì)Z企業(yè)測(cè)試車間生產(chǎn)線布局混亂問(wèn)題,提出了基于P-中值模型進(jìn)行測(cè)試車間布局優(yōu)化的方法。論文首先結(jié)合測(cè)試設(shè)備的特殊性,在測(cè)試車間為2臺(tái)測(cè)試設(shè)備選擇了8個(gè)候選位置點(diǎn),目標(biāo)是從8個(gè)位置中選擇2個(gè)位置,使得各生產(chǎn)線到這兩個(gè)位置總距離最短,從而選定設(shè)備安裝位置,實(shí)現(xiàn)布局優(yōu)化。2.針對(duì)Z企業(yè)在制品線邊堆積嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題,論文提出通過(guò)利用TOC約束理論進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍平衡方法減少在制品庫(kù)存。論文首先分析了優(yōu)化前各個(gè)工序的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍時(shí)間,然后將問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為節(jié)拍時(shí)間方差最小問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而通過(guò)打破生產(chǎn)瓶頸工序的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍的均衡化。3.針對(duì)Z企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)效率低問(wèn)題,論文通過(guò)嵌入物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),簡(jiǎn)化了原材料及成品的出入庫(kù)流程,增強(qiáng)了對(duì)于生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的監(jiān)控力度,打通了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)母鱾(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn);進(jìn)而從物聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施搭建的角度,測(cè)試了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的可行性,最終優(yōu)化了生產(chǎn)物流流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)車間的信息化建設(shè)。4.針對(duì)流程優(yōu)化方案有效性問(wèn)題,論文提出通過(guò)關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣法評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)化后的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的特征,運(yùn)用關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣法在各指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)Z企業(yè)優(yōu)化前后的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的有效性。最后,論文從研究?jī)?nèi)容和不足之處角度,對(duì)論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并指出了論文進(jìn)一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Refrigerator production workshop as a part of the whole value chain of the refrigerator is crucial, has important influence on the operation efficiency of refrigerator production workshop production logistics system operation efficiency. Therefore, this paper starting from the production logistics system of Z company case of low production efficiency and high cost of production problems, analysis of the Z production mode and layout WIP, inventory is too high, the low efficiency of information systems and other core issues. The optimization to solve the above problems using the idea of lean logistics, networking technology, integration of enterprise resources constraint theory TOC theory and technology, balance the production cycle, to achieve the enterprise intelligent production, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Then, around the core problem of production logistics in Z enterprise, the production layout, production cycle, logistics informatization construction and evaluation system of the four aspects of the deep In the study, the key research contents are as follows: 1. for the Z test workshop production line layout problems and test methods of optimization of workshop layout is presented based on P- value model. Firstly, combined with the special testing equipment, testing workshop for 2 sets of test equipment selection of 8 candidate points, the goal is to select 2 from the position of 8 positions in the production line to the two position in the shortest distance, so as to select the installation location, to achieve the layout optimization of.2. line for WIP Z enterprise at the accumulation of serious problems, this paper through the use of the TOC theory method of balanced beat production to reduce WIP inventory. It firstly analyzes the optimization of each the process of production cycle time, and then the problem is transformed into the problem of minimum time variance, and then through the method of breaking the production bottleneck, realize the equalization of.3 production cycle The Z enterprise logistics system efficiency is low, the embedded networking technology, simplifies the raw materials and finished products in process, to strengthen the supervision of production and operation, through each node data transmission; then from the network infrastructure building angle, the feasibility of the application of Internet technology test to optimize the production logistics process, the production workshop of.4. information construction for process optimization scheme is effective, the paper presents the production logistics system optimization evaluation of correlation matrix method. After according to the system characteristics, using correlation matrix method based on the data on the production logistics system for enterprises to optimize the performance before and after Z to evaluate and verify the effectiveness of the system. Finally, the paper from the research content and the inadequacies of angle, summarizes the thesis and points out the further research The direction.
