Based on Principal Component Analysis

Xinjiang Electric Power Design Institute, Urumqi 830002, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China) ABSTRACT: At present in the comprehensive decision- making of alternative power transmission network planning, there is drawback of subjectivity and arbitrariness in the determined index weights because these methods completely depend on expert evaluation. To solve this problem, the principal component analysis (PCA) in multivariate statistics is applied to comprehensive decision-making of transmission network planning, because PCA can utilize a few of uncorrelated principal components to substitute original interdependent indices, i.e., the principal components integrate and simplify original index data information, meanwhile according to the principal components’ contribution rate to total variance of the system the weights of principal components can be determined. The influences of subjective factors and uncertain factors during the evaluation are reduced by such an objective weight-determining method that determines weights by objective data. Combining with calculation example, concrete procedures to solve comprehensive decision-making for alternative power transmission planning by PCA are presented in detail. Calculation results show that the decision-making based on PCA is satisfied and the decision- making result is credible.
KEY WORDS: optimization planning; comprehensive decision-making; principal component analysis (PCA) 摘要:針對(duì)目前解決輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合決策問題的主流方法完全依賴專家評(píng)判確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重具有主觀隨意性大的弊端,將多元統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)中的主成分分析法應(yīng)用于輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合決策問題。主成分分析法可以用少數(shù)幾個(gè)不相關(guān)的主成分替代原來相互關(guān)聯(lián)的眾多指標(biāo)即主成分,是對(duì)原指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)信息的綜合與簡(jiǎn)化,同時(shí)根據(jù)主成分對(duì)系統(tǒng)總方差貢獻(xiàn)率確定主成分權(quán)重。這種依賴客觀數(shù)據(jù)特征確定權(quán)重的客觀賦權(quán)方法,降低了評(píng)價(jià)過程中的主觀因素和不確定因素。最后結(jié)
合算例介紹了采用主成分分析法求解輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合決策問題的具體步驟。算例結(jié)果證明采用主成分分析法決策過程科學(xué),決策結(jié)果合理、可信。

0 引言
輸電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化規(guī)劃模型一般是在滿足可靠性約
束的前提下尋求投資與運(yùn)行費(fèi)用最少的方案。這種單一追求經(jīng)濟(jì)性最優(yōu)的做法,必然是以犧牲其他目標(biāo)為代價(jià)。雖然許多研究人員[1-3]試圖在規(guī)劃模型中盡可能多地考慮其他相關(guān)因素,如缺電成本、剩余輸電容量等,但是在優(yōu)化規(guī)劃階段很難將眾多相互關(guān)聯(lián)又相互矛盾的因素綜合至同一模型下進(jìn)行求解。輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合決策可以彌補(bǔ)規(guī)劃階段的不足,對(duì)優(yōu)化規(guī)劃后所確定的若干具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的非劣方案,從經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性、適應(yīng)性、占地與環(huán)境等多方面進(jìn)行定量或定性的評(píng)價(jià),通過一定的數(shù)學(xué)模型對(duì)單指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)值進(jìn)行綜合,最后決策出綜合最優(yōu)的規(guī)劃方案。
目前解決電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案綜合決策問題的2種主流方法——層次分析法[4-6]和模糊綜合評(píng)判法[7-8]中指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定都是依賴專家評(píng)判,只是對(duì)專家提供的評(píng)價(jià)信息的處理方式不同。這種賦權(quán)方法受到專家知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、偏好的制約,具有極大的主觀性和偶然性,并且存在沒有充分利用客觀數(shù)據(jù)所提供的信息的不足。
考慮到上述不足,本文將主成分分析法應(yīng)用于輸電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的綜合決策領(lǐng)域。采用主成分分析法僅憑借客觀數(shù)據(jù)特征便能得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果客觀。主成分分析法的原理完全不同于上述2種
