【摘要】：我們無法駕馭變革，只能走在變革的前面。彼得·德魯克提出在21世紀管理最大的挑戰(zhàn)之一是使組織成為變革的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。在這里，，他作了五個方面的論述：（1）變革的政策；（2）創(chuàng)造變革；（3）引航；（4）變革與連續(xù)性的平衡；（5）贏得未來。《21世紀管理挑戰(zhàn)》一書中對變革領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的這些要求，實質(zhì)上是他對創(chuàng)新管理的全面論述，這無疑是德魯克管理思想的精髓，對我國的創(chuàng)新管理具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:We can't control change, we can only walk ahead of it. Peter Drucker argues that one of the biggest challenges of management in the 21 st century is to make an organization a leader in change. Here, he discusses five aspects: (1) the policy of change; (2) the creation of change; (3) pilotage; (4) the balance between change and continuity; (5) winning the future. These requirements for change leaders in the 21st Century Management Challenge are essentially his comprehensive discussion of innovative management, which is undoubtedly the essence of Drucker's management thought. It has certain reference significance to the innovation management of our country.
