【摘要】：心智模式是人們的思想方法、思維習(xí)慣、思維風(fēng)格和心理素質(zhì)的反映。心智模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)決策者工作創(chuàng)造性和決策的創(chuàng)新性存在著很大的影響。決策者改變不良心智模式,可以通過(guò)剖析原有心智模式,實(shí)踐中反思,運(yùn)用團(tuán)隊(duì)思維和系統(tǒng)思維來(lái)改善心智模式。
[Abstract]:Mental model is the reflection of people's thinking method, thinking habit, thinking style and psychological quality. The change of mental model has a great influence on the creativity and innovation of decision-making. To change the bad mental model, the decision-maker can improve the mental model by analyzing the original mental model, reflecting in practice and applying team thinking and systematic thinking.
