【摘要】：高層管理者的直感決策常常建立在一定的參考點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)之上，，直感決策的研究涉及決策者選擇合適參考點(diǎn)的思維機(jī)理．本文定義并區(qū)分了四類直感決策參考點(diǎn)：低值參考點(diǎn)、高值參考點(diǎn)、匹配型參考點(diǎn)及背景型參考點(diǎn)，討論了決策者在分別運(yùn)用這四類決策參考點(diǎn)時(shí)可能引起的偏差．
[Abstract]:The direct decision of senior managers is often based on a certain reference point. The research of direct decision is related to the thinking mechanism of the decision maker to choose a suitable reference point. This paper defines and distinguishes four types of direct decision making reference points: low value reference points. The possible deviations caused by the use of these four kinds of decision reference points by decision makers are discussed, including high value reference points, matching reference points and background reference points.
