【摘要】：在排序群決策中,若專家由于投入不足或?qū)δ撤桨傅奶貏e偏愛等主觀原因引起方案排序結(jié)果非隨機(jī)偏差的增加,則這些專家排序結(jié)果的位次總偏差(隨機(jī)誤差加非隨機(jī)偏差之和)必偏大。文章基于專家排序結(jié)果位次總偏差的T統(tǒng)計量計算各專家排序結(jié)果的信度。根據(jù)方案在各位次的總偏差計算各方案的可接受位次集,然后,給出綜合專家信度和方案可接受位次集的序結(jié)果集結(jié)方法。最后,通過一個實例詳細(xì)敘述了該方法的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order group decision making, if the experts cause the increase of non-random deviation due to some subjective reasons, such as insufficient investment or special preference for a certain scheme, Then the order total deviation (the sum of random error plus non-random deviation) of these expert ranking results must be larger. Based on the T statistics of the total deviation of the expert ranking results, the reliability of each expert ranking result is calculated. According to the total deviation of the scheme in each order, the acceptable order set of each scheme is calculated. Then, the method of synthesizing the expert reliability and the order result aggregation of the acceptable order set of the scheme is given. Finally, the application of this method is described in detail by an example.
