【摘要】：基于組織網(wǎng)絡理論,研究了戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡的結構維度和關系維度,對聯(lián)盟中知識轉移產(chǎn)生的影響。研究結論表明,戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的網(wǎng)絡異質(zhì)性不利于聯(lián)盟中的知識轉移;網(wǎng)絡穩(wěn)定性、強的網(wǎng)絡連接和聯(lián)盟中的信任有利于知識轉移。研究結論從組織網(wǎng)絡視角揭示了聯(lián)盟知識轉移的影響因素,能夠指導聯(lián)盟更有效地促進知識在聯(lián)盟中的共享和轉移。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of organizational network, this paper studies the structural dimension and relational dimension of strategic alliance network and its influence on knowledge transfer in alliance. The results show that the network heterogeneity of strategic alliance is not conducive to the knowledge transfer in the alliance, and the network stability, strong network connection and trust in the alliance are conducive to the knowledge transfer. The research results reveal the influencing factors of knowledge transfer from the perspective of organizational network, which can guide the alliance to promote the sharing and transfer of knowledge in the alliance more effectively.
