【摘要】：正領導者的重要職責,一是謀事,二是用人。謀事就是出主意,想問題,交辦法;用人就是選賢薦能,用好干部。自古至今,概莫能外�？v觀幾千年的文明史我們可以看到,任何一個朝代、國家的興衰存亡,無不與選才用人有關。歷代有見識的政治家、思想家,無不把舉賢任能作為治國安邦的根本。古人云:“賢者乃為政之本”,“用賢則治,不用賢則亡”,“故知兵之將,民之‘司命’,國家安危之主也”。鄧小平同志指出:“事情成敗的關鍵就是能不能發(fā)現(xiàn)人才,能不能用人才”,“沒有人才什么事情也搞不好”,“正確的政治路線要靠正確的組織路線來保證,中國的事情能不能辦好,社會主義和改革開放能不能堅持,經(jīng)濟能不能快一點發(fā)展起來,國家能不能長治久安,從一定意義上說,關鍵在人”。怎樣才能做到正確地選才用人呢?
[Abstract]:The important duty of a leader is to plan for things and employ people. To plan a thing is to give an idea, think of a problem, and hand over a solution; using a person is to choose a person of merit, to recommend one's ability, and to use a good cadre. Since ancient times, there is no exception. Throughout thousands of years of civilization, we can see that any dynasty, the rise and fall of the country, all related to the selection of talent. All the wise statesmen and thinkers of all dynasties have regarded the meritocracy as the foundation of national peace and security. As the ancients said, "the virtuous are the foundation of politics," to govern with the virtuous, but to die without the virtuous, "and" to know the general of the army, the people's command, "and the master of the country's safety and danger.". Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out: "the key to success or failure is whether or not we can find and use talented people," nothing can be done without talents "and" the correct political line must be guaranteed by the correct organizational line. " Whether China can handle its affairs well, whether socialism, reform and opening up can be adhered to, whether the economy can develop faster or not, and whether the country can maintain long-term stability or not is, in a certain sense, the key to people. " How can we choose people correctly?
