[Abstract]:The role of reverse thinking in leadership work Aozhong stranger's words and deeds are determined by thinking. The mode of thinking is the bridge of thinking. If the way of thinking is correct, the way of thinking is right, the words and deeds are appropriate, and the work or cause is easy to succeed; otherwise, the thinking is wrong, the words and deeds are out of control, and the work or cause may not be able to work out at all. Therefore, when one's own way of thinking is out of date, it is not suitable for communication.
