【摘要】：正 上下級之間由于在一個組織系統(tǒng)中所扮演的角色不同,客觀上存在著某種“心理距離”。這種“心理距離”復(fù)雜而微妙。距離過遠(yuǎn),上下級之間會顯得冷漠、產(chǎn)生誤會,甚至對立;距離過近,上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)又可能喪失權(quán)威和尊嚴(yán),下級也有討好奉迎之嫌。因此,如何將這種距離調(diào)校適度是值得認(rèn)真研究的。 一、“心理距離”產(chǎn)生的原因 導(dǎo)致上下級產(chǎn)生“心理距離”的原因是多方面的,諸如:
[Abstract]:Due to the different roles in an organizational system, there is an objective "psychological distance" between superiors and subordinates. This psychological distance is complex and delicate. If the distance is too far, the superiors and subordinates will appear apathetic, misunderstanding and even antagonism. If they are too close, the superior leaders may lose their authority and dignity, and the subordinates may be flattered to welcome them.
