【摘要】：決策嵌陷是指決策者在面對先前資源分配的負向反饋,并且不確定目標能否達成的情況下,仍然執(zhí)著于先前的選擇,繼續(xù)投入資源,導(dǎo)致越陷越深的現(xiàn)象。目前,自我申辯理論和前景理論是對這種現(xiàn)象較有影響的兩種解釋理論。影響決策嵌陷的因素主要包括計劃因素、心理因素、社會因素以及結(jié)構(gòu)因素等四類。文章研究表明,諸如確定最低目標以及那些能降低自我申辯的方法均能起到明顯的嵌陷消減作用。
[Abstract]:Decision embedding refers to the phenomenon that the decision maker, facing the negative feedback of previous resource allocation and uncertain whether or not the target can be achieved, still sticks to the previous choice and continues to invest resources, which leads to a deeper and deeper sink. At present, the theory of self-defense and the theory of prospect are two kinds of explanation theories which have more influence on this phenomenon. The factors influencing decision-making include planning factors, psychological factors, social factors and structural factors. Studies have shown that, such as setting minimum goals and methods that reduce self-defense, can play a significant role in embedding reduction.
