【摘要】：針對決策信息以三參數(shù)區(qū)間數(shù)據(jù)形式給出的多屬性決策問題,提出了一些新的三參數(shù)區(qū)間數(shù)據(jù)信息的集成算子和決策方法�；谶B續(xù)區(qū)間數(shù)據(jù)有序加權(quán)調(diào)和平均(C-OWHA)算子,定義了連續(xù)的三參數(shù)區(qū)間數(shù)據(jù)有序加權(quán)調(diào)和平均(CP-OWHA)算子,并將該算子進(jìn)行了拓展,提出了加權(quán)調(diào)和CP-OWHA(WHCP-OWHA)算子、有序加權(quán)調(diào)和CP-OWHA(OWHCP-OWHA)算子和組合的CP-OWHA(CCP-OWHA)算子。進(jìn)一步證明了WHCP-OWHA算子和OWHCP-OWHA算子均為CCP-OWHA算子的特例。CCP-OWHA算子同時推廣了WHCP-OWHA算子和OWHCP-OWHA算子,CCP-OWHA算子不僅考慮了每個數(shù)據(jù)的自身重要性程度,而且還體現(xiàn)了該數(shù)據(jù)所在位置的重要性程度�；赪HCP-OWHA算子和CCP-OWHA算子,提出了一種屬性權(quán)重和專家權(quán)重均為確定實數(shù)且屬性值為三參數(shù)區(qū)間數(shù)的多屬性群決策方法。最后給出了一個數(shù)值例子,結(jié)果表明該方法有效。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of multi-attribute decision making in the form of three-parameter interval data, some new integration operators and decision methods of three-parameter interval data information are proposed. Based on the ordered weighted harmonic averaging (C-OWHA) operator for continuous interval data, the continuous ordered weighted harmonic averaging (CP-OWHA) operator for interval data with three parameters is defined, and the operator is extended. The weighted harmonic CP-OWHA (WHCP-OWHA) operator, the ordered weighted harmonic CP-OWHA (OWHCP-OWHA) operator and the combined CP-OWHA (CCP-OWHA) operator are proposed. It is further proved that both WHCP-OWHA operator and OWHCP-OWHA operator are special cases of CCP-OWHA operator. CCP-OWHA operator generalizes both WHCP-OWHA operator and OWHCP-OWHA operator. CCP-OWHA operator not only considers the importance of each data itself. It also reflects the importance of the location of the data. Based on WHCP-OWHA operator and CCP-OWHA operator, a multi-attribute group decision making method is proposed, in which both attribute weight and expert weight are real number and attribute value is three-parameter interval number. Finally, a numerical example is given, and the results show that the method is effective.
